Diamond Developments owner Paul is a carpentry artisan, supported by a professional, efficient and conscientious crew.
Our house, built in the 1930’s had an unusable attic space inside of a dated (1960’s-70’s) room. Paul and team transformed the attic space to an awesome walk in closet. They also finished off the dated room and added built in shelving, it looks incredible! We appreciated the design and thought put into the project along with consideration of time period of home. Did I mention too that they completed all of this in around a week?
When first meeting with Paul he listened to our vision and responded with several options for implementing. We never felt that any sort of “hard sell” from Paul, just options and prices.
We are looking to have Diamond Developments back our place to finish off another room, hoping this review does not attract too many new clients before we get started :-)

Office staff was friendly and efficient. Project was completed in a timely manner.
We were very satisfied with the work that was done. During the course of the project they were very open to our suggestions and completed those jobs to our satisfaction. They did a good job with the clean-up. Our backyard looks great!!

They designed and built a remodel of our small den. Needed office space, book shelves and storage all in a small footprint. They came up with a gorgeous built-in that meets all of our expectations. They met their budget & while the schedule was impacted by Covid issues, they communicated well and were on site when they said they would be. The Project Manger managed the overall project to our level (both of us our Project Managers in our fields).
I would hire them again for anything. Actually we are contemplating our kitchen next.
