Precision Painting Plus did an excellent job painting all the aluminum siding on my house, including all the siding around the windows. Evan was the project manager. He was professional and courteous. Several months after the warranty expired, I noticed a spot on the very top of the siding on the front of the house. I contacted Evan and sent him a picture of the spot. Even though my warranty had expired, Evan assured me that Precision would take care of it as soon as possible. I am happy to say that the painters came today and repainted over the spot. The painters were also very polite, punctual and did a beautiful job! Needless to say, one of my neighbors has already used Precision and I will continue to recommend Evan and Precision in the future.

Charles and his crew had to deal with a string of rainy days in the middle of the job, AND the impending Safer At Home lockdown. Other companies might have made excuses or cut corners. Not CRS. The guys did a terrific job, listening to our input and checking to make sure we were satisfied with each stage. Our house was not an easy one to paint dormer windows on a steep roofline, lots of plantings near the house, etc. but they went the extra mile to make sure every detail was to our liking. They had as little impact on us during painting as possible, cleaned up after themselves afterward, and left us with a beautifully painted home for a very fair price. We definitely recommend CRS Painting they increased the value of our home, and the enjoyment and pride we get from it.

My husband and I hired Aldo to paint our daughter and son in laws newly purchased 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in Newhall, Ca. This was a house warming gift for the kids as they are new home owners. We live in Arizona.
Aldo was easy to talk to and easy to work with. Aldo and his crew started on time, did a fantastic job on the walls, ceilings, floor boards, doors, trim and the brick fireplace front. They textured the awful looking ceilings and even took some popcorn ceilings off in the closets and textured them as well. My daughter and son in law decided to have them paint the kitchen cabinets for an additional cost. Aldo even removed all the painted over kitchen cabinet hardware. He cleaned it up and reinstalled it all onto the newly painted cabinets. The kitchen cabinets and hardware look brand new. Every surface in the house looks great! Definitely would hire them again!

Joe came in the day before, clarified a few points over some changes we made. Three young men came in, each knowing their jobs, worked quickly and quietly. Joe checked in with us each day, as well as talking to his men. The job was completed in three days: kitchen & dinette area, first floor: laundry room, bathroom, wet bar & Den. Stairwell going down to first floor, then up to the third floor. Stair railings. 3rd floor hall. Then trim & doors for three bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Everyone took care & time with painting trim and answered our questions patiently. They cleaned up their areas they painted in. We highly recommend Element Painting & Decor, for all jobs, big or small. Good job guys. Roger and Linda
