The Magic Painting CoSimply put, John and his team are absolutely amazing. We have a large 5000 square foot home that had not been painted in 10+ years. The cedar siding had hail and woodpecker damage and many areas, especially window sills, that had wood rot. I got a total of 4 estimates on painting our siding and windows. Although John's estimate was the highest, we picked the MPC team because of their commitment to detail, communication, and excellence. I have worked with enough contractors during COVID to know that communication is key. John uses a system to manage all the customer requests and those are communicated via an iPad so that the painting crew knows exactly what gets painted, repaired, etc. On top of that, the fantastic foreman Howard, checked in multiple times throughout the day to update my wife and I on any additional rot they found or suggestions they had for fixes along the way. We were kept in the loop, educated on options, and given clear timelines on when we needed to make decisions. Their team was here about 4 weeks due to the challenges of our project (back side of our home is a hill and it required large scafolding). During that time the John, the foreman Howard, Lucas, and the other crew members all became part of our family. We were actually sad when they finished up because we had grown close to them. We ended our project by having a lunch together on our newly painted deck. If you want the job done right, don't want to have to deal with a bunch of back of and forth, and like worked with friendly and personable professionals, then MPC are the painters for you.- Ryan T.

SEAN'S RENOVATION INCProject went great! A previous owner had built a 2nd floor bathroom extension over a porch that sprung a leak through the porch. Sean was able to salvage much of the structure, make key repairs, and re-craft the bathroom extension to match the house (Victorian). Sean also did a full bathroom remodel. Incredible communicator, very collaborative design process, thoughtful and thorough work, great attention to detail. Would often arrive in the morning with a "I was thinking about it last night and would recommended we..." We've already hired Sean for another big project (3rd floor renovation). Total price of $55,000 was tied for most competitive of 4 bids received. Note that ~half was to repair and rebuild structure and the other ~half was for a full, large bathroom remodel.- Daniel E.

Highly recommend and excellent person to work with!! Responsive, detailed, honest, and does the job right. We had a complex job of moving our staircase and adding a basement window. Staircase required structural engineering and was a project many people turned down as they felt it was too complicated. In addition, he cut a 5’x4’ + hole through foundation to add a window. He was priced well, and did excellent work. We can’t recommend him enough and look forward to completing more projects with him!

We hired Adam to remodel our bathroom and kitchen (two different projects, about a year apart) in our 1950's Roseville ranch house. Adam was very professional and did a quality job at a great price. He was very patient, helped me understand my options, and hired quality subcontractors to help with the work that he himself didn't do. I plan to hire Adam again to do my basement remodel in a couple years.

Our experience with Wright at Home Services was professional and responsive from our initial call all the way past our project completion when they called to check in that everything was looking good and functioning properly. We had great communication with everyone in the company. Addison Kaasa (our sales rep) was a pleasure to work with. He leveraged his expertise, experience and communication skills to advocate for us in a fair and equitable manner and was able to get a majority of the cost of our exterior renovation project covered by our insurance company due to storm damage. There were multiple trades involved in our job but WAHS was able to piece the timeline together efficiently. The projects were all handled in a timely fashion and the crews left things more clean and tidy than we had expected after hearing about others' experiences with different companies. The total scope of our project was roof, skylights, attic ventilation upgrade, gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia. The end result turned out exactly as we had hoped. We would use them again and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.
