Latest.zip and tar.gz of localized version link to 4.8.1

The Link ​https://ja.wordpress.org/latest-ja.zip and ​https://ja.wordpress.org/latest-ja.tar.gz redirect to wordpress-4.8.1-ja.zip / tar.gz, but should link to wordpress-4.8.2-ja.zip / tar.gz.

"Fixed" by updating the DB.

@ocean90 ja was set to 4.8.1 in wporg_locales, but 4.8.2 in locales (rosetta). Am I correct in that the latter is deprecated for the former? or was it around the other way (and in which case, the download handler needs updating?)

The following locales were also set to 4.8.1 where as the rosetta table had 4.8.2, i've bumped them to 4.8.2 too (I only looked at 4.8.x)

I've switched it over, and I believe found the location the old locale table was being referenced.

r13541-dotorg should have fixed this, let me know if you see it happen again!
