Wright Choice Home InspectionJeff was very personable, listened to my concerns. He was extremely thorough and detailed in his report. He was neat. He used shoe coverings and didn't hesitate to crawl into the smallest, creepiest places. He was patient and proactive during the review process to answer all of my questions, and even walked through the house to show me clearly answers to my questions. GUARDIAN INSPECTIONSThe entire team at Guardian Inspections was amazing from start to finish. The woman (Christie) I spoke to on the phone to schedule my inspection was so kind and professional. Brian who did my inspection was also phenomenal. As a person who is early to everything I appreciated him showing up early too! He was professional and thorough through out the inspection, and explained everything he was looking at and seeing each step of the way. He also gave me little tips on how to do little remodel touches that I was discussing with him which was very kind of him. Katie who did my radon test was also incredibly kind and thorough, she explained to me my level of radon and the different levels that are considered okay to dangerous. I also had a termite inspection and that gentleman (sorry, forget his name!) was kind and helpful as well. My inspection report was sent over to me just a few hours after the inspection was over...wow! And the way the inspection was color coded and mapped out made it so easy to read and go over. I’ve never had a home inspection report be so organized. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and as long as I am in Cincinnati I will never use another home inspector. Black DiamondI’m honestly surprised at all the positive reviews on here. We’ve spent about $1500 this year on treatments, and still had to battle wasps throughout the summer, my dog had 3 ticks I had to remove, and we are seeing new mouse droppings after traps were set a couple months ago. I’m not sure what I’m paying for. And so now we are having this problem with mice, which means if I have them come take care of that, I won’t get all the spiders in my basement handled. This is a lot of money to keep having the same problems. We are treated MONTHLY. At this point it may just be water.- Elia H.

Petri Pest Control Services, Inc.I was very pleased when they came out. If I see anything, they will come out whenever. I went ahead and paid it for the year, so there was a little bit of a discount. They usually come out every 2 months unless they are needed. I really didn't compare the price. I was okay with it. It seemed fair to me. It's been effective so far. AWESOME, I would highly recommend this company from the sales manger (Alex Streets) to the technician! They were very professional, personable, and understood the situation that was a serious matter. Mr. Streets came on a Thursday to explained the services they will provide, what will be done, the price , and the start date. The next day the job was done and completed and we were happy by the end of the day! On Saturday morning, another gentleman came to check on the situation and put out more bait he was equally professional and personable. Overall we are beyond happy!!!
