Susan's Pool Care - The name is a little confusing since Reggie is the hard worker while Susan is the eye candy. But more than that, I asked Reggie on day 1 to teach me about my pool... which was no easy task. There's a lot to learn and I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer. But he always made time to answer my questions. With pool care you get what you pay for. You can find cheaper but you can't find better than Susan's Pool Care.

The completed pool looks amazing. I felt like they did an amazing job for a great price. I highly recommend. The only thing I would change is I would not get the start up done, it was not worth the money for what they did and I could have done it myself. Also the owner is extremely busy so if he doesn't get back to you right away give him a chance you won't regret it.

Thomas was a true professional! Quick to reply to our request for a quote and quick to finish the project! We can’t wait to show off our new party lights to our friends. This guy is good, he came back and inspected everything. He knows his stuff, and takes care of things efficiently. The fence looks great along with the gate. The way it was constructed I am very pleased, and he is even doing additional work for me. And I have already referred him to my neighbor.

I can't rave enough about these guys! They started out with honesty. I wasn't looking for a smooth talker salesman.... I wanted someone knowledgeable. I've learned they're brothers who were raised in the pool business. They have knowledge about any question I could throw at them... city codes, tile, coping, resurfacing, patio expansion... They were so kind and patient. My service has come along as expected with superb communication. I can't wait to start our next project. Unlike other pool remodeling and repair companies I've tried in the past, there guys know their service and are honest professionals.

I had a terrible experience with a different pool company, and was recommended to Scott. Within an hour, he came over and gave me an estimate, walked me through my equipment, and even talked about my landscaping and how to maximize the cleanliness of my pool.
He has years of experience and it shows in his quality. Honestly, Im not one to write reviews most of the time, but I had to praise the work of Scott and PoolMasters.
10/10 would recommend to any and all.

He saved us! Our pool was a nightmare for a couple months. We didn't know who to use to repair it. My husband has said that he is one of the two contractors that did what they were hired to do, on time and it looks good. He found the pool half full of water and in need of repair. He worked on it for two months and he would drop everything to come over and assist us, we are about 30 minutes away. He would come over and review samples and discuss options for us. He also re-textured my deck with cool decking and painted it. He worked with me to bring my ideas to life. He was good with providing me updates throughout the project. He and the crew showed on time as scheduled. He was excited to work with me and add the special details I was looking for. He loved helping me bring my vision to reality. We love the results. It looks phenomenal!
