The men took down every vent and cleaned the area with a broom and vacuum. They reminded us of a chimney sweep. I thought that perhaps the men should have worn booties since they were all over the house. They were neat and clean otherwise

Mike, Rob, and Sasha handled the Mitigation after a kitchen fire. They were careful with what could be saved, taking special care of a teenager's personal sports memorabilia and having patience with us during a difficult time. Dealing with a fire and losing most of our personal property was difficult and these people took the time to collect baseball cards, pack memorabilia and answer questions from nervous teens. Mike and Rob cleaned out, packed, and dried the house while Sasha dealt with the insurance company, all doing an excellent job and being considerate of our issues during this difficult time.

Wilson responded quickly and had a team out in two days. He was professional and his team removed suspected asbestos and left the space very clean. I was happy we hired them and grateful for the quick turnaround. He also hauled away some furniture that had been exposed to the dust for which I was very grateful. Thanks!

What impressed me the most was that supervisor Marius proactively explained the entire process if asbestos was to be found. He was very clear also about explaining that, if no asbestos were found, other companies could remove/fix the textured ceiling less expensively than his company. It turned out that no asbestos was detected and I am holding off on changing the ceiling. But I highly recommend Bay View for such service.
