We hired Bishan to complete a unique job for us after five other contractors said no. We needed a steel pull up bar capable of holding hundreds of pounds installed in between two beams in our apartment. Bishan contacted me immediately and was incredibly polite. He showed up at 12 p.m. sharp for our first meeting with a bar that he fitted himself with all of our safety specifications in mind. He texted me throughout the week to keep me posted and he did research about our project. When he started to install the bar, he discovered the beams were turned. He could have easily continued with the installation but instead was incredibly honest with us about the fact that we needed more support before moving forward. He devised a plan, came back yesterday, cut holes in the wall, installed two by fours, and put the bar in. He painted, sanded, and did everything to provide us with exactly what we needed. He let me use some of his tools to spackle some other things in the house and he always kept us informed. He used a lazer measure to make sure everything was precise. We now have a solid steel workout bar we can use safely and we're incredibly thankful for Bishan's honesty. He charged us an incredibly fair price. He is a great guy and we highly recommend him!

We are very happy with this contractor. The owner is hands on, and he and his assistant do all the work. They are highly skilled and creative using advanced tools. They are proud of their abilities and refuse to do shoddy work. Pricing is exact and fair. And so far they have kept to an intense schedule.

Mohammad and his crew recently completed a renovation on our 1920's wood frame house in Brooklyn. The work done included removing the back of the house, replacing 3 windows, two doors, re-insulating and putting on new aluminum siding. They also completely re-did our back patio, laying down new cement and new wood stairs. Indoors they replaced our old pine floors on the first and second floors, as well as repainting the entire interior (all while most of our furniture remained in the house!) It was a fairly big job. In general, we highly recommend Mohammad and Shaara Contracting. The work they did was professional and of high quality. If something wasn't done correctly or we were unhappy with a result, they were more than happy to re-do the work. Honorable is the word the comes to mind... Mohammad was reliable, trustworthy and did exactly what he said he'd do at the price he'd quoted us, which we felt was entirely reasonable. He was also very responsive to our calls, texts, etc., always making himself available for a visit to the house, etc. We are quite pleased with how all the work turned out and recommend Mohammad and Shaara Contracting without reservation.

I have nothing but good things to say about Safebuddy. They repaired my old wooden framed windows to the best of their ability, while other window repair services had taken one look and ran for the hills.
Their technicians worked carefully and precisely to repair the window opening mechanism and to tidy up damage caused by previous window repair companies.

So the real project I did was having them extend and combine two closets into one large closet. They were incredibly easy to work with. They always return your calls or emails.
