My wife called Dennis Reeder because he was highly recommended by a friend. Thank God she did!
I had two issues that were driving me nuts. I bought a new fridge that couldn't be installed upon delivery because there was a water hose attached to it. Apparently, the previous occupants were too lazy to buy good water or make their own ice cubes in the freezer, which is kind of why it's there. We've never used either, and we've lived here for 16 years. But once it died, I bought a new fridge, Lowe's couldn't take the old one away or install the new one because of that water line. Actually, they could have taken the old one and install the new one, but that's a quibble at this point. I'd just have to dump a trash can full of water on the back porch either way, just as I've done for the past three weeks. I've been keeping our food cold in bar fridges and the garage. How sick is that?
Dennis was extremely personsable, competent, genuine and real. My biggest problems (for now) are solved. The lack of an operating kitchen kind of puts a damper on things. Call Dennis, I promise you that you won't regret it.

I contacted Randy and Xavier about doing a remodel job for my elderly mother. We had a tight timeframe, and while Iâ m from the area, I currently live out of state. They were prompt in their follow up, they were spot on with the estimate, and they completed the work professionally and on time. Plus the crew was courteous.
In addition to the bathroom remodel, I also hired this team to trim trees, and complete a full cleaning of the residence. They answer their phone. Their prices are very good and I would hire them again and recommend them.

Excellent folks to work with. Professional and experienced. We hired them for two different jobs, one to replace a run of seamless gutter with tree damage and another time to replace moisture damaged wood on a raised screen porch. Great job both times. Would definitely hire again.

Koles did several maintenance chores for us, including replacing entire front porch deck, adding balusters, power washing and painting two additional decks, power washing yet another carpeted deck, repairing wooden gate, repairing sliding glass door and miscellaneous painting. Koles also assisted and advised us on many issues around the house. It was our first encounter with Koles but they will be our go-to contractors for all future home repairs. The Koles crew were sufficiently trustworthy to be given the run of our house while they made their repairs. .

Our experience with Russell Laine Construction was hands down the best experience we've ever had with a contractor.
From the initial contact and quote, to the finished product, Ed and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Professionalism, Communication and Workmanship were all excellent! We really appreciated the attention to detail and little extra touches that really shined through on the final product.

Eric built custom cabinets for each side of the fireplace for our home. He worked with us to get the exact cabinets we wanted and even brought live sized cardboard mockups to make sure it was exactly what we wanted!! We could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend the quality of his carpentry work.
