Stanley Construction (heating, cooling and plumbing) recently installed a water softener to treat our extremely hard water. Our new â  city soft filtration/softenerâ  , works great. I was very impressed with Jason Stanley, Sam Molloy and his whole team. They all were very personable, professional, honest, attentive and respectful. I highly recommend this team. In fact I have signed up to have them do our seasonal check ups. That is our Spring A/C tune up, our Fall furnace tune up as well as a yearly hot water heater flush. Hauserâ s sales manager and the field tech were both Very polite, knowledgeable and clearly communicated in as much technical detail as I wanted the repairs they recommended and why.
Our previous HVAC service provider had diagnosed loss of AC cooling as a compressor failure and had quoted compressor replacement at over $3500 or even recommended replacing the matched AC & Evap Coil unit costing $5-$7K depending on the efficiency chosen.
I approached Hauser for a second opinion diagnosis for loss of AC cooling and they diagnosed it as a deteriorating but not failed compressor and had it running in half an hour with a new replacement run capacitor and an add-on electrical gizmo â compressor saverâ at total cost of under $400.

I highly recommend Chris and his business! He's professional, personable, efficient and trustworthy! He called me 10 minutes after I put my request into HomeAdvisor and was able to be out at my house the next day. He explained everything to me every step of the way so I knew what the problem was and knew I wasn't getting ripped off. He even advised me to shop around so that I would be sure I was getting a very fair price from him, which I was. He's also very easy going, pleasant to be around and communicates well. If he was ever caught up at another job he would make sure to let me know, and make sure the later time worked for me. I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me, not like he was just looking to make a buck off another customer. He's great and you should hire him!
