Peninsular Pest Control Service IncThis was our first experience making an offer on an old house to remodel. We had always purchased a new home and have always been diligent in securing the right services, such as pest control, to ensure the integrity of the house. We had no experience on assessment of the state of pest in this property and relied on experts for consultation. Mark was incredible. He not only demonstrated his knowledge on the subject, but was incredibly professional in walking us through the concerns that we should focus on. He meticulously walked around the house and found specific areas that the house has been damaged and actively been infected with termites. While the general inspector found potential issues, it was nowhere near the details that Mark had provided. We wanted to secure Peninsular's services for this house but we could not reach agreement with the seller to disclose the information necessary for us to move forward with the purchase. My yard went from neighbors asking if they can put out fertilizer for me to them asking me who did my yard. My yard looks BEAUTIFUL! I tried using McCalla and Safari, however, they were rude and very disrespectful to me and my wife because we questioned there diagnostic (which was wong). Peninsular Pest Control Service IncCalled and set up appointment and was told technician would be here at 8a.m on Saturday. The tech showed up at 750 asked a little about what was going on and explained what we could expect with the visit today and preformed the work outside the home and then came in was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing. Antac Pest ControlThis is a property that we used to live in and now rent out. We want it to be in good condition. I was out at the property and noticed some gopher mounds. We had an animal control company that we used regularly, but he threw his back out and have not been able to help (and unfortunately could not refer anyone). I called Antac and since we had a regular service, they were able to offer a $35 monthly service and treat the area that had activity. They will walk the property every month to ensure no other gopher activity. They will also call the tenant a day ahead as a reminder.- Patricia W.

I set out to find a company on my own to assist with a rodent issue and stumbled upon velocity . Although this company is contracted with the complex I live ... the owner of velocity came out on his personal time to check out what’s going on . They gave us some ideas for follow-up maintenance in a year or so. It was a new house, so we just kind of act preventative. He didn't try to up-sell us or anything. He told us you don't need this expensive thing, you probably just want to do a regular yearly maintenance. He gave us a quote for yearly termite control. He was just very pleasant. Has been eight months; no signs of critters since treatment. 2nd Address: Tenants left house infested. Your X provided prompt response, expert knowledge, and professional individuals. Today David from Royal Pest Services came to investigate what we thought were ground wasps after both my husband and I were stung on two different occasions. He thoroughly inspected our yard but could not find any ground wasps. He did find some wasp nests in our shrubs as well as two nests on the eaves that he eliminated. We were very impressed with his knowledge and he took the time to explain the difference between the two types of nests. And amazingly he did not charge us anything even after we offered to pay him. In the future if we need pest control services, we will definitely hire Royal Pest Services.
