Backyard and patio remodel was not an easy job but from the estimate to the execution of the project (pavers, stone, outdoor kitchen, walkways, lighting, and pool deck), Mora Construction Team was truly the BEST in the business and we feel lucky to have had them take our project. Hands down, these folks are exceptionally talented and extremely precise about their work. We had them install our massive backyard using travertine. Wow! Stunning work! They were always there and always on time. Communication was on point with every task leaving zero room for error. Feel like our backyard is a resort. Gorgeous! Botello was top notch all the way through the process of repairing my block fence. They always followed up quickly and I never had to wait for them to respond. They did great work and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Vince was great to work with. He understood what we wanted, communicated well with us throughout the project, and gave us suggestions along the way that made the job easier with better results. We wanted to install a large travertine patio with a pathway to the front, leading to a privacy wall and gate. Vince helped us choose the travertine style and introduced us to a supplier that provided a good value on quality travertine. He and his team made sure the patio was graded properly so that rainwater runs away from the house. Vince recommended a supplier for the gate, and recommended composite slats for the gate to improve itâ s appearance and durability. He designed an economical drainage system to prevent water build-up during monsoon season. When the job started, the Scape Concepts team worked efficiently but with a careful eye on quality, and followed the agreed-upon design plan. They installed travertine on the cement stairs leading to our sunken patio â I hadnâ t thought to do that originally, but it improved the aesthetics of the stair area. They installed a curved boundary around the entire patio area and reinforced it with cement to ensure that the travertine tiles held their position. Lastly, they sealed the travertine tiles with polymeric sand. The privacy wall and gate came last. The team demolished the original 3-foot pony wall, and installed rebar reinforced pillars for the new 6-foot wall to ensure stability. They installed drainage blocks to allow rain to flow through, stuccoed the wall, and painted it to match the house. Overall, the patio and privacy wall look fantastic and extremely professional. We dressed the area up with solar powered boundary lights that give it a beautiful look in the evening. We couldnâ t be happier with Scape Concepts, Vince, and his team. They do great work!

Brent and crew did a great job installing the door frame and door and they also changed ac filter and did an adjustment to the back door at no extra cost. They are true to their word when they quote you a price. We will certainly call on them again. Thanks, Georgette

I had interviewed at least four or five contractors. block more impressed me the most. they were very responsive, came on time, did everything they said they were going to do. price was comparable to other and they offered warranty. Also the owner of the company Todd was on site the entire time and he speaks perfect English which I was looking for as well

From the initial meeting to the final walk though, this team was very professional and we were impressed. Originally, we were hesitant to hire this company since they were relatively new, but Saul put us at ease with his knowledge and his attention to detail. His team did such a great job that I will definitely be using them again for future projects!

They are true professionals and do awesome work. They not only gave us what we wanted but made suggestions that made our back yard look so very much better than before. They also completed the project quickly in spite of rain and we could not be happier with our completed project. The block fence looked great.. I just was not happy with all the dirt they left in my backyard and the concrete slop that was all over my backyard too. Other than that they did a great job building my block wall they got my wall built in 1 day

This was a HUGE back yard renovation (we had a 1/3 of an acre cul-de-sac lot that was 20-yr old plain and boring grass, shrubs, and rock) and they turned our yard into an absolute oasis! The built-in kitchen/grill, gas firepit, paver walkways everywhere and travertine patio are gorgeous surrounded by plants, trees and just a bit of lawn... the complete package! I met Dave completely by chance and was so impressed with his friendly and thoughtful approach to this project we've saved for years to take on. The team was fantastic - friendly and exceptionally skilled craftsmen who tackled each job with perfection. I could not be more pleased or say enough positive things about Balance Landscaping LLC. I purchased a home, and the backyard was a dirt pit with & rocks with four orange trees. Once I found a design I liked, I called Balance Landscaping LLC. to come over and give me a quote. Matthew came out, looked at the design and the backyard, and discussed the work. Matthew had some excellent recommendations and told me when I could expect the quote; when I reviewed it, it was clear and understandable. I called Matthew to discuss a few final details; Matthew thoroughly explained everything and made sure to disclose the time frame for project commencement. Once the work began, the workers arrived on time and put forth extreme effort and care (in 108-degree weather). When I would look outside to see what was going on, I observed a team that enjoyed working together and was very dedicated to ensuring the outcome was perfect and that I was happy. The landscaping involved grass, gravel, pavers, bricks, sand, boulders, plants, and a fountain. Every item was methodically selected; each boulder was carefully placed according to the plan. The backyard looks fantastic, and my neighbors cannot believe the transformation; they are very excited to see the final product once the water fountain is installed (I found one and am waiting to get an install date from Matthew). Do not waste your time getting quotes from other landscape companies; you might find a cheaper company, but you will get what you pay for.
