Chris and his team are amazing. Got job done a day quicker than estimated and were very precise with the cuts and demo. They cleaned up after themselves, protected non demo spaces from, hauled away everything promptly, and even noticed I left the AC on too cold so turned it up while theyÂ’re were hauling materials out. Who ever heard of a contractor doing that? I would never use anyone else. They were less than half the price of another quote and was able to start work immediately. Demolition of most you interior is daunting but this company makes it as pain free as possible.

Wonderful experience and professionalism from Everclear. Desmond and everyone helped us tremendously when we were in a bind with our home remodeling project. They even went a step beyond and connected us to good home contractors needed. Every one from this company was a delight to deal with.

Chris and his crew are just really good people, and their work performance was excellent as well. They exceeded our expectations in every way, from timeliness to execution to clean up. Very courteous and professional. We highly recommend to anyone to use these guys.

I hired Everclear to test drywall for asbestos before doing a remodel. They were very professional during the phone call and in-person meeting, and sent me the lab results of the test (negative) very quickly. They never tried to upsell me during any of the contacts and were extremely helpful in answering my questions. A+ score!

I wanted to install new carpet in my mother's office and living room. However, when we moved her desk, we found stains on the drywall. Everything clicked for me - we have a problem. There was a moldy smell in the house for years and my mom's desk had sat in the same spot for twenty years. When we moved it and saw the drywall, I knew that's where that smell was coming from. We found out the pipe feeding water to the refrigerator had been leaking and caused much damage over many years. Chris Garcia and his crew came in and remediated the area, and had it done quickly. Now everything is back to normal. The new carpet is in and Mom and I are putting her office back together. Thank you Chris Garcia and Everclear. I highly recommend this remediation contractor.
