Kris was performing an estimate for our neighbor and when asked, came over to take a look at our roof that had been damaged in the Spring hailstorm. Within a few days he was back with the estimate for the roof which included shingles, gutters, leaf guards and more. We got ambitious and decided to go for residing the house and he included that in the estimate as well. The siding had to be ordered and Kris kept in contact throughout that waiting period and as soon as it was ready, his crew went to work. They were there promptly in the morning and worked throughout 3 days to complete the job. His crew was very polite when asking our opinions on certain things. When the work was done, the clean-up was wonderful. We were very fortunate to have Kris handle this job since once we had the insurance approval; we werenâ t sure where to look for a contractor. The house looks completely different and new and last nightâ s wind/rain storm was a great test of the workmanship! We recommend Oâ Connor Contracting for any home improvement needs and will certainly call Kris for any future projects we might have.

I was impressed that Jim Bryer actually went up on the roof to inspect it and took the time to time answer questions and make suggestions regarding the roof replacement needed. We engaged the company to do the job and the crew was very polite, and very hard working. Jim was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to discuss other projects needed in the house and we would like to hire the company to side the house next year.

Sabino was great to work with. He was professional and thorough when initially inspecting roof. He completed a major job with tear off of layers of asphalt and cedar shingles. He installed the new roof with quality products. Most importantly he worked well with us in a honest manner when issues arose to rebuild a chimney and replace beams on a rotting porch. His prices were very reasonable. He did a solid job cleaning up the area when finished. It is never an easy experience to have an old roof torn off and replaced, but Sabino and his workers made the experience positive.

I had an amazing experience with Roofing Rochester!!! If you need something done to your roof or gutters, contact this company right now. We noticed that there was a leak in our roof one rainy day and I contacted Roofing Rochester to see if they could help. The owner Paul got back to me ASAP. In total, I had 3 companies come out to check out what was going on and I decided to go with Roofing Rochester. Paul was able to give me the best price and he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. We did a full tear off roof and it was completed in 2 days. The crew was fast, efficient and they did a great job cleaning up after each day. We had to replace 3 skylights and during the process of the skylights being pulled out, the inside paint was ruined. I wasn't too happy because I had just paid to have my house repainted and I mentioned that to Paul. I know that this is not really their fault but Paul said that they would fix the inside of the skylights for free. Our skylights are very awkward to get to and the guys (including Mike the general manager) came out and made sure they were repaired (it was even on a Saturday). I am super pleased with how everything came out and I am really appreciative to Paul and all the workers at Roofing Rochester!

Anthony was very thorough during quoting process and was responsive with questions. He was probably the only quote that I recieved where he explained his product vs the others in the market. He was also one of the best priced. He gave realistic expectations and was timely in getting the job completed. Team that actually did the roof was very professional and respectful. They took their time to set up properly and clean at the end of each day. Would recommend to others.

Called them in to do a multilevel flat roof on the back addition. The current roof was in poor condition and leaked into the back rooms which were unusable. Gave us two options based on estimates. Tony and his crew were very kind, professional and honest. The original estimate was fair and no one expected to find the amount of damage which added thousands of unexpected dollars to the job. But Tony was more than willing to work with us and completed the job thoroughly. Would highly recommend him and team. When we plan to reside our house he will be the first person we will call. Service was top-notch.

This company is amazing. Steve made the process so smooth, and I had no worries at all. The crew who installed the windows are incredible. Very professional and friendly, and know what they are doing. They replaced 3 picture windows that were over 30 years old, and of course they ran into a few problems. They did not miss a beat, they knew what needed to be done, and with no effort they had the problems fixed. I would highly recommended this company for anyone s future needs, you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much to all of you, it was a great experience any my windows look WONDERFUL!!!!

They did a total tore off of 4 layers of shingles in 2016 in my property in New York and install a brand new roof and they did a great job. I was very impressed with how they quickly get it done. They have done it in just 2 days and they did an excellent job. They also replace metal roof for me and they did a tremendous job. They are reasonably priced and competitive. They're coming out at some point this year and install standing seam roof on my property.
