I absolutely LOVE using the space now! Brent was our project consultant and was very thorough, professional and listened to our needs. He helped us create an additional living space where we can watch TV while grilling out and hosting family and friends. The construction crew was respectful, meticulous and quick! I was surprised each time I came home to see the drastic changes and improvements they had made in a short period of time. Scott ExteriorsWork started in February and completed in Mar. Hold up was strictly due to all the rain we had, but they took advantage of any openings to continue to completion. The teams that worked on our house were great and Bruce and his team took all the time we needed to answer questions and responded quickly. After installation noticed a window stress fracture and it was repaired by (Pella) quickly. In June had a couple of adjustments that needed to be made to flashing and it was handled without a fuss. I would recommend Scott Exteriors to anyone thinking of have work like this done. I have no complaints and will definitely use them for future projects.- John N.

Email: ( July, 2021 ) Hello, I'm sending you this email as a means to voice my displeasure with the job. The quality of my garage floor is great and I have no problem. However this is what I'm not pleased with. 1. After several requests I still do not have a written contract stipulating the work performed, cost, and warranty information. 2. You damage the top trim of my garage with a back hoe and have yet returned to repair the trim. 3. The garage door is out of alignment as a result of the back hoe damage to the trim. 4. Personal equipment left on my property ..ie boots. Was very happy with work before all of this happened..Anyway I would like to know if you plan on doing anything to rectify the discrepancies I have outlined...
