Brennan Enterprises IncTook quite awhile after the measuring to get the parts ordered and in hand, then another few weeks to get the installation done, but I chalk that up to them being busy and working through their work load. Initial appointment 4/22/2019, signed contract 5/6/2019, 5/13/2019 measurements taken, 5/16/2019 materials ordered, 6/14/2019 I inquired about how much longer for the installation, 7/6/2019 the installation was performed. Once the installers arrived, they tore out the old door, installed the new door, cleaned and picked up everything and the job was complete in one day. After about a year, the door was sticking and operation was getting harder as time went on, I wasn't worried at all since the door has a lifetime warranty I called and a technician was dispatched checked out the problem, ordered parts came and installed the new parts and the door is back to working as it should. I am a little concerned as some of the cladding had to be reordered and redone, which now has seams in it rather than one solid piece, but again with a lifetime warranty I trust if there's ever an issue Brennan with uphold my warranty.- Jim B.

The job took longer than I had been given to think it would, but when you have a husband going around saying, "And can you also do...?" then you must expect things to take a bit longer (and cost a little more). The workers doing the jobs are all experts. They care about the job they do, and it shows in the final product! Everything is perfect...and when it wasn't, then they immediately stepped in and made it so. They were here when promised...on time and intent on doing the job. Kyle and Kim are wonderful to work with on the planning; Brady was my contact for communication and was totally responsive and eager to take care of my requests and concerns; and the day to day artisans that created the kitchen of my dreams were superb ... everyone of them. They cleaned up at the end of each day so I wouldn't be living with trash/dirt that happens with this kind of remodel. They respected our privacy, and were personable and polite and pleasant to have around the house. Now that it is finished, we are already planning other projects. Fantastic! Patrick Pearson, our salesman, showed us several types of roofing that he recommended, and we chose a DaVinci roof, which was beautiful. The work was completed in 3.5 days without a glitch. Patrick has a dedicated crew of 8, all of whom worked very hard and very well together. (The same crew has been with Patrick for 8 years.) They also assigned a quality control person who regularly checked with us and kept a close eye on the work. The result is amazing! My husband and I agree that we've NEVER had such great customer service. During the work, a couple of people came by to get Patrick's contact information; one of them said they had been watching how well the crew worked together and were very impressed.

From start to finish I was extremely happy with the work and level of communication. After severe knocked my neighbor's tree onto my house, my first call was to the insurance company and next to RJ Construction. The entire team at RJ worked with my insurance company after the roof was replaced to get every last dollar from the depreciation they held back. A crew arrived at 6:30am to start with the tear off and they were done with the entire roof within 12 hours. A few days later their gutter people came out and put up brand new screened in gutters. A project manager was out a few days after that to inspect the work and make sure all the debris was picked up. Outstanding job by the whole team.
