Home Remedy LLCIt went great! This was the fourth job Home Remedy has performed for us over the years and they continue to be Grade "A". They were prompt in responding to our initial inquiry, showed up on time to discuss the project and even suggested ways to make it better than we planned. After we agreed on service and cost (we are retired and on a budget) they showed up when they said they would and five days later we have a beautiful pergola! At the end of each day the crew left a clean worksite which the wife and I really appreciate! Revis and his crew finished the job right on time. ABBA General ContractingABBA demolished my substandard, detached garage and constructed a new carriage-style garage, a mudroom, and a screened patio. The project turned out great, and I continue to get compliments from my neighbors. Carl and Joe were super to work with; I always knew they were dealing in good faith to provide me exactly what I needed and wanted, and at a fair price, without the hassle of contract amendments for each realtime change of plan. For example, I had not considered the benefits of having a sliding glass door access from my living room onto the new porch. SLP ConstructionAs I was planning to enclosure the patio of the house I was moving in and turn it into a sunroom I had different companies come and give me their estimates for my project. Home Remedy LLCExcellent job from start to finish. Very easy to communicate with and get ahold of by both phone and email. The guys that replaced the pergola were very friendly and did a professional job. Over the few days they were putting it up I pointed out a couple of minor details that I didn't really didn't like the look of - they had some great suggestions on making it look better that they took care of it for me. The price was competitive with the other bids I took on the job. Overall I'm quite happy and I'll use them again for other work.- Michael L.

Johnny and his teams did a great job with collaborating with owners from the quote, to design phase and all the way through construction, ensuring safety and quality along the way, even during a pandemic. The project included building a vaulted ceiling/roof and tile work on top of an existing concrete slab. The main features of the patio include a gas fireplace, stone accent wall and sitting bench, ceiling fan, water connection for outdoor appliances, and additional power outlets. Johnny remained a high level of customer service through the 2.5 month period from initial contact through completed project. On rare occasion, homeowners needed to bring some matters up with Johnny regarding subcontractors. In each case he resolved the issues within 24 hours. (The 4-month delay in writing this review was to ensure no quality issues arose; none have, which speaks to the high quality of craftsmanship.)

Houston Renovation Pros did a great job. First of all they open my kitchen space by removing a wall. They follow the structural Engineer recommendations and the job passed the City of Bellaire inspection.
