The fridge arrived as scheduled. The installers arrived within the window and installed the new fridge and removed the old one in under an hour. Both were very professional.

Well, the sales clerk said it was really easy to install, but I had to come back the next day to get further instructions.... they were very helpful and the installation went fine.

Their people are very professional, they sell good appliances, and have had the same installers for many years. They are especially good with specialty work and installations.

Work was done well. However, the contractor who installed the water heater was not prompt in installing it or notifying us of when they would arrive. We were charged what we thought was an excessive amount in additional to our original installation charge to get the installation up to code.

Atherton Appliance & Kitchen Company was running some specials. They gave me a good price. They gave me a 50% off on the installation. They gave me a free haul away. They were very prompt in calling me about setting up a time to come for the install. They were very good about reminding me before they came out. The appliances arrived on time. They said that it would take two weeks once ordered and it just took two weeks. Everything went as expected. They also made a preliminary visit to my house to measure. We realized that the original oven I had bought would not fit the space I have in the kitchen. So the technician who came out to measure worked with me in finding a different oven that would fit the space. They came back and installed the new oven and it looks great. The total price I paid included the price for installation, the price of the appliances and also labor. The installers had to do some rework before the install. They had to take out my old thermo-door to install the new oven. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I would use them again in the future.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I HAD NOT REMOVED THE EXISTING MICROWAVE, SO THEY DID NOT INSTALL THE RANGE TO ALLOW ME EASY ACCESS TO THE MICROWAVE. THEY DID PLACE THE RANGE ON A MAT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE FINAL LOCATION TO ALLOW EASY INSTALLATION.

Excellent. We were very happy with the sales experience and would definitely go back. The installation also went very well. The installers made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. They took time to show us the features and they cleaned up after themselves.

The dishwasher was replaced in 48 hours, with a brand new machine. We checked it thoroughly before installation, to ensure that the unit had not been dropped or damaged in any way. While we're extremely happy with the dishwasher itself, the attitude and demeanor of the 2nd rep we talked to (once the damage was discovered) was terrible and truly soured our over all experience. NOTE: The installers were good, but not great. My husband ended up helping out a lot with the installation, noting things that should be done that the installers didn't know about. Additionally, when the installers inspected the 1st unit before installation, they didn't noticed the very damaged hinge, which we think they should have.

Their price was reasonable, though I did have to pay for delivery and installation. They took longer than they said they would, it took about three months for met to get it, but it may have been a delay in the product production itself. The installer was good. There were a few problems with the oven after it was installed, but the manufacturer was quick to send someone out to fix it. Their showroom was great and they have one of the best display around.

It worked fine. They contract out the delivery and installation, and that guy was fine, too. I would buy from them again.

I bought a wall oven from sears.com and was very disappointed in the entire process for the following reasons: It was unclear to me when purchasing online that the delivery would be separate from the installation, thus requiring two separate appointments. The installation process was very unsatisfactory (by Appliance Installers). The installers neglected to turn my gas back on and thus my cook range wouldn't work, requiring yet another visit. I was not told that the installation charge would not cover extra work and the cost of the haul-away. Sears.com and the installers should disclose these costs.

DAVIES APPLIANCE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS LOCALLY FOR AT LEAST 20 YEARS. THEY SELL OVENS, WASHING MACHINES, REFRIGERATORS, ETC. WE HAVE PURCHASED THREE MAJOR APPLIANCES FROM THEM OVER THE YEARS (INCLUDING A GAS COOKTOP). THEY USUALLY INCLUDE THE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF THE UNITS FREE OF CHARGE. IN THIS INSTANCE, WE USED THEIR REPAIR SERVICE. WHEN THE FIRST CREW DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, THEY QUICKLY SENT A MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE REPAIRMAN WHO IMMEDIATELY FIGURED OUT THE JOB. WE HAVE HAD NO TROUBLE WITH THIS OR ANY OTHER UNIT THEY'VE INSTALLED SINCE THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION.

They came out and hooked it up as well. We did the purchase online and they just delivered to our house. The installation as free. Delivery was free and they hauled away the old washer for like $15.00. The installation and everything was fine but the scheduling of it was a bit tricky.
