George, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about roofing and provided a great explanation of what needed to be completed. Additionally, he is easy to work with and makes the entire contracting process simple. Lonnie, who does the actual cleaning, did an amazing job. The roof looks brand new. The following day after we spoke by phone, Lloyd Johnson arrived on time, was both professional and friendly as he reviewed the tasks and rendered an extremely reasonable estimate. During the two day project, he was timely and he went above and beyond the project requirements regarding unforeseen issues and extra travel in securing additional items needed for the project completion. While in my garage, he discovered I had a flat tire and returned w his personal air compressor to inflate the tire so I could drive to a nearby car repair place. The service went great. Brad did a thorough inspection of the fireplace, chimney, outside of chimney including flashing on roof, cleaned fireplace. He advised on & provide estimate for repairs to chimney waterproofing, cap, flashing. He called on his way, was on time, took care to cover the floors and carpet. He was very knowledgeable & professional. I am a longtime, but not frequent, customer of Blackburn's and I recommend them.
