After treatment, I leave for a few hours with secured screen doors/windows open and fans blowing out that minimal odor, drying on BASEMENT borders and around the OUTSIDE of my home, of the insects-customized and govt-regulated spray. The field pros help with traps/finding entrances, and with high web/nests too. Though I no longer need insect service in cold temps, the better value and pay-as-you-go 4x/year pest control contract ensures help if any small mammals. The technician arrived exactly as scheduled and he also was very clear and polite. He sprayed the area in question and explained that it might take 7-10 days for the wasps to completely disappear. After coming out to do aeration and seeding on my lawn. I checked the lawn and saw there was no grass seed put down. There was no new grass growth after two months with rain and watering. I got a call about my bill two months later stating i needed to pay. I told them I never received a bill and I was not satisfied with no grass growth and that seed was not put down., I was told me to look for grass in the spring. Then i received a notice from a bill collector. for payment. They are incompetent. I cannot recommend them.

Update on previous review - not only did Larry come out and assess our situation with no charge, he recommended we NOT hire him to spray for the moths we called about because he could not find a source where they were coming from inside the house, did not want to charge us for something unless he was sure it would solve the problem. He did pop a window screen back in that had worked its way out of the track, said they might be coming in from the outside. Since then we have seen no moths, he was right. He could have charged us for a house call or done a spray treatment and charged us for that, but he did neither. Very honest and professional, if we ever have a need again we're calling Above All Pest Control again.

While the company did their best to try to rectify the situation, they did not do as good a job as Ehrlich has done in the past. I realize my neighborhood has an ant issue, however, with Ehrlich, y yard was any free all summer. Today I unleashed an ant infestation and I was covered in ants while weeding.

I’m so glad I hired A Amendt Pest Control to deal with a yellow jacket nest under my roof. They were able to work with my schedule and sent a representative the next morning.
