We had an unusual problem in that we had a nest of bunnies that we wanted safely relocated because our dog (who is normally very sweet) had already killed 2 and eaten 1. Chris came out and using cameras and humane traps ensured that the nest was emptied and then closed it off. He did this with extraordinary customer service and was a pleasure to work with.

Steve, the owner, visited my property in Brentwood, MD with his team to evaluate where mice may be entering the property. After doing the evaluation and giving me an estimate, his team, headed by the foreman, Joe, came the first week of July and performed the necessary work as recommended in the estimate. They were efficient, professional, and polite; taking into consideration the necessary PPE needed during this pandemic. The work done thus far has even prevented those nuisance crickets from entering my property thus far! They have serious problems keeping appointments. There isn't a single time that they haven't rescheduled my appointments for different reasons (always provided after the fact when I call to find out what happen). I have already signed a one-year contract that I will definitely not renew. I have been a client for more than 8 years with no problem until now that I signed a one-year contract. I will definitely find another company with better management.

The service was excellent. While the jobs were small, the impact was significant to me because I have two dogs which multiplies the risk and inconvenience of having dead animals in the yard. Jerome handled both jobs efficiently and professionally. He responded quickly to my request for quotes both times and provided same day service. His prices are very reasonable, and he is pleasant and personable to work with.
