James did an excellent job when we hired him through our HOA to paint the exterior of our three story building. He gave us a good price and finished the job quickly. The paint job looks great. He even filled in some cracks in our bricks for no added cost. All of our HOA members are happy with the work. Alex and the APX team did a wonderful job renovating our condo bathroom, turning a dated early 2000's space into a sleek and modern oasis. The job involved quite a bit of complexity, including full walls of large-format ceramic tile, creating a build-in shower niche, as well installing as a floating vanity but the APX team did a great job ensuring that the finished product looked perfect. Alex is honest and easy to work with, and we appreciated that in the instances we found minor things to change even at the end of the project (we asked that the hue of the recessed lighting be changed for example, just based on our preference) he was always ready to make sure we were satisfied. We can't wait to work with APX on our kitchen updates next!

The work was done the next day. The contractor NEEDS to inform the customer of all that needs to be done before giving a price. Don't wait and call after leaving to give you a list of other problems that he forgot to tell you. So far, the roof is not leaking as of 2/20/16.
He does have an outgoing personality.
