Adrian was very friendly and safety conscious. He kept me informed on when he would be on site. And kept is promise and arrived with parts needed for the job. He also took the time to explain how the air condition system worked why it broke and how he was going to fix it. He seemed to really like his work . Excellent service. Contacted us back and arranged for an appointment very promptly. Very courteous, professional, and honest. A different company had already come out, but had not been able to discover the issue and suggested changing not only the AC, but the heating system as well. Mr. Bohager was able to both find and resolve our issue that same day, all for a fraction of the cost the other company had estimated. He also kindly explained both the issue and the fix in terms we could easily understand. We are extremely grateful to have our AC up and running again during this heat wave!

Corey Henderson when he came out he surveyed my property and gave me a great estimate within my budget. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, had an outstanding personality and his service was smooth and straight forward. There was great customer support from the beginning to the end of the project. He cared about what I needed and went way above and beyond to ensure that I had the right individual to do the job. The men that he sent to take care of the job were also very professional and friendly. He performed a good job on my roof for my second floor porch and also installed the gutter that I needed for the back of my house. I highly recommend him and any one would be lucky to have him to complete any job that they need done and I will continue to use him for any future projects that I need to have done.

My house got up to 89 degrees on the inside and I am slightly handicapped and have 3 animals so it was an emergency. Mr. Lowery was willing to come out that night even though it was a Saturday! He literally called me within 3 minutes after I left the request. Getting the part was difficult during the pandemic, but Mr. Lowery managed to locate ONE and pushed to have it delivered ASAP. It was a difficult job as the furnace fan is located in a crawl space and he and his helper had to crawl on their knees to access it through a small opening. He kept me up to date throughout the process and called me afterward to check on my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Lowery Heating and will use them for annual maintenance as well as other projects since they also do construction.
