Mr. Hill is very knowledgeable about construction and carpentry. I had a sunroom built on my existing deck but it failed permit inspection 4 times. Mr Hill installed additional footings under deck, adjusted the windows and door, and added ceiling panels and insulation. There permit passed inspection soon after. I am satisfied with his work. A job well done. Looking forward to Mr. Hill doing more work for me.

I have had two other contractors try to fix my commercial door opener on a 12' by 12' door. The repairs did not work 24 hours. Romeo came in less than 24 hrs of my posting and adjusted my side rails and reprogrammed my unit and I have not had any problem since. I highly recommend him.

Great communication and response time. I had spoken to several pros and general handymen by the time I spoke to Amanie Express, and I was ready to pull my hair out. Amanie Express made the process of replacing the garage door springs very easy. He threw in a tuneup, kept in contact with me (as I was not able to be onsite) and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend Ardent Home Improvement The estimate and design for my new kitchen was done by the owner Frank and he stayed right on target. The crew is very skilled. They were efficient, responsive and easy to communicate with. Prior to the remodel, I had almost no counter or cabinet space. After the remodel, I have both! It looks amazing! I had a 25-year old garage that was desperately in need of freshening. I researched garage flooring options, and epoxy seemed to be the most durable low-cost option. However, I knew it was beyond my DIY ability.
I got several quotes on-line, and Armor-Prep was markedly less expensive, yet still well-rated, so I got in touch. The sales representative Greg was very informative, and provided me with lots of information on options and color choices. (I was unaware that color chips were part of the process; I went with a gravel look (black/white/grey), which appears "normal" but very clean from a distance, but is very pleasing close up.)
The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They thoroughly prepped and ground the garage floor, filling all the cracks. They carefully applied the base epoxy, paying attention to the edges and the transition to the driveway. They applied a generous amount of color chips, and let it dry overnight. Next day they swept off the loose chips, and applied the top-coat. Two days later it was fully cured and back in service.
I am very happy with the customer service, the installation, and especially the final result.
