The most recent project John (the owner) and the Otinga crew did for us was a complete kitchen renovation. Gutted the original (1957) kitchen, moved plumbing and gas to completely change the layout, put in a new window and installed a sliding glass door to make our deck more functional.
We've had Otinga do many projects for us in two houses - patio tile repair, exterior door installation, renovationing a basement, and building a front porch roof. During each project John and his team have been great to work with; John is upfront on what needs to be done, works neatly (as neat as anyone can be when doing demo and construction!) and his pricing is always fair.

Raj was a good communicater and was flexible since we had to change a lot of things however, we had to complete the painting ourselves while our stuff was out of the room since his guys had not planned to paint all the walls. There were times when they did not come back for days to work and there were several teams to coordinate but a call to Raj kept me informed of the progress. They did nice work and the finished product looks great!

Wayne and his team did a wonderful job on replacing the front siding on our home, they also had to rebuild the roof over the porch that was damaged from a tree falling on it, everything turned out beautiful and you would never know that t was ever damaged. I would definitely recommend hiring Wayne and his team at Remodel Max

Our experience with West Shore Home was excellent from the phone call we made to request a quote to the the installation. Jason worked with us to select the shower walls and met us at the showroom to allow us to see our first selection installed! The scheduler worked with us to have the shower installed before Randy's knee replacement surgery. Johnny W. and Preston T. installed the shower. Mr. Hill is very knowledgeable about construction and carpentry. I had a sunroom built on my existing deck but it failed permit inspection 4 times. Mr Hill installed additional footings under deck, adjusted the windows and door, and added ceiling panels and insulation. There permit passed inspection soon after. I am satisfied with his work. A job well done. Looking forward to Mr. Hill doing more work for me.

EJALE basically rebuilt my home after fire damage. They were extremely knowledgeable about the process, including helping me to navigate the insurance company and code enforcers. I was treated with respect, and felt comfortable asking questions. I feel like EJALE works in service of the customer, not just in service of the project. The crew came in and did a full demo and rebuild in our basement in just about two weeks time and gave us exactly what we asked for. We have hired them to build an addition of our house as well which is still waiting in permits so there's more to come!

Jeff and his men were fabulous. Jeff has great experience and gave great advice regarding placement of cabinets and many other things. The quality of the work was fabulous and Jeff followed up on anything that didn't work perfectly until it did. His workers were friendly, showed up promptly each day, and worked hard till quitting time. I couldn't have chosen a better firm to go with! Dave was very communicative throughout the entire process. He kept my house clean when he was done for the day. He arrived on time, and when he was going to be later then usual he texted or called to let me know.
I would definitely choose DSE Carpentry (Dave Edwards) to do any project in my house - he knows a lot about everything (carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electric) He provided great advice when I was not sure which way to go with flooring, paint color, cabinetry, tile and hardware.
He had a new helper with him and I loved listening to Dave talk things through with his helper when teaching him something new. He was patient and kind with him, which was incredibly satisfying to witness. You can tell Dave is a bit of a perfectionist, he pays close attention to the little details ensuring the end product is beautiful.
He redid my entire main floor (entryway, living and dining room, kitchen and powder room). The project took a couple months to complete, but it was so very worth the wait!!
