It was not my lift, it was my smoke detector beeping. The young man at Area Services pointed the problem out for me. I have his number for future references. I really commended him for being honest with me because he could have came out to service a problem that did not exist and charged me the service charge for coming out. I smile to know that there are still honest people that exist in this world and thank Jesus for sending them my way.

It was a pleasure hiring Mr. Estevez to remove a small partition wall separating our dining room from our living room. He did a great job with the removal, patching the hole on the adjoining wall, and painting over it. He was even gracious enough to paint the rest of the wall just to make sure everything matches. If you're looking for an all-around Handyman who is honest, affordable, and does excellent work, look no further than Mr. Estevez.

Great job, quick, responsive and able to accommodate a few additional requests onsite. We had a hammock chair that needed to be hung from the ceiling without the proper hardware and Vladimir was able to make it work with some tools from his truck. I definitely recommend and will hire him again.

We recommend United Residential Builders with 5-stars! Their professionalism, creative design and quality of work were outstanding. Our project included a complete kitchen remodel, hardwood floors throughout the first floor and a basement buildout including bedroom, kitchenette, rec room and bathroom. A major part of the kitchen remodel was the demolition of a 80s style brick cooktop/stove area and inserting a significant/primary LVL beam to provide an open-concept kitchen with an island. The open kitchen is beautiful!!! Being an engineer I was concerned about the significant structure change to the core of the house. But the owner of URB, Aiman, did an outstanding job of explaining and designing the support structure. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and experience. Aiman was extremely helpful in the design of the project and provided ideas, options and tradeoffs. Aiman (the owner) and Mo (the PM) were on-site often to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. They were flexible in last-minute changes that I requested and the outcomes were fantastic. They were able to complete the project just before my daughters college graduation party and the guests were impressed. Eventhough the project took longer than expected and some additional costs were incurred due to the original house condition, overall it was a great experience with United Residential Builders and I would recommend them with high marks!

We called Siege after numerous reccomendations from friends to fix a leak in our basement discovered during a home inspection. They were quick to respond, identified the problem, proposed a solution, and didn't overcharge. They were genuinely concerned about helping me. It is clear that they know what they are doing.
