they responded to my initial call right away gave me a quote after inspecting the work that needed to be done. Showed me what needed to be done kept in contact with me and basically( did a great as job as far as I can tell)) SEE UPDATE BELOW my 30 year old roof look like new! Update 12/26/14... they created new leak when making the repair, much worse than original, It has been over 3 months now, my bathroom ceiling is about ready to collapse. came home today to water dripping on my head. I have been trying to get them back for at least 3 weeks and no one returned my calls. Tonight John Morton returned my call and apologized. I appreciate that, but my bathroom needs some major repair that it didn't need before. I just feel frustrated. I hope they will make this right, i wasn't planning for a bathroom renovation. I want to return and give a positive review, just because there was a problem doesn't mean they are a bad company. I will come back to finish the review when this is resolved.

My roof had problems for years. The roofer that was "patching" it up for me periodically in retrospect seemed to not be knowledgable about flat roofs. I received several estimates, with Findlay Roofing the highest. Bill Parsons did my roof inspection and provided the estimate. He gave me a lot of information and the estimate was very detailed. The bid gave me a clear picture of what was going to be done and it seemed to encompass everything that needed to be done to give me a good roof. The other estimate, although lower, was not detailed enough to give me confidence that everything would be taken care of. Bill arrived on time, was friendly and professional. I had to wait several weeks for the service to be performed, but that was fine with me. The crew arrived on time, we're all friendly and respectful of my property. They completed the job that day, did a good clean-up and put everything back in the original location. I haven 't had a leak yet and mother nature has provided plenty of rain for my test run :-) My only regret is I didn't do this earlier and avoid all the patching and leaks over the years.

They wanted to patch it first to save me money and they are relentless in trying to silicone the spot. Since it hard to identify the precise source on a flat roof they keep coming out to apply the silicone to a different spot. Just here two days ago. They will get this stopped and then redo the whole roof. Love they are trying to stage it to save me money

NEEDED A NEW FLAT ROOF OVER A LARGE PORCH. JOB WAS DIFFICULT. EVERYONE WHO LOOKED AT IT HAD A DIFFERENT IDEA OF WHAT SHOULD BE DONE AND NOT ALL ROOFERS WILL INSTALL FLAT ROOFS.
