Atlanta Wall Oven Installation

Quick response. Explained that the refrigerator was likely not broken, but just had restricted airflow (who knew?). Ordered the new circuit board for my oven and returned to install it the next day. Quick, efficient, and helpful with tips for the appliances!

Vladimir and Alex were great. They moved this extremely heave double wall oven up a flight of stairs and into my kitchen. This was no ordinary installation as I had purchased the unit at a discount as a scratch and dent and there was a large dent on the back of the unit that, while not visible once installed, created some challenges for the installers. Vladimir and Alex took off the back cover of the oven and inspected the oven's interior including several individual parts to ensure that there was no damage. Then they took a hammer and pounded straight several parts that had been dented and twisted until they would fit properly. When they had the oven installed, it looked fantastic and worked great! I don't know if all installers would have had the patience and willingness to go the extra mile like they did, but they did a great job and we are very pleased with the outcome. Despite the challenge of the job, they charged me just what had been quoted to me for a 2-person install.

Willy (aka Vitaliy) came out same day as called. I described that when pre-heating oven it popped a few times, then quit working, although display on control panel still worked. I also described that I had noticed an odor of burning plastic for the last couple of months. Willy first tested the burner, the most obvious thing to have gone out, but it was okay. He asked if I had used the self-cleaning feature recently, which I had not--apparently Electrolux ovens are well known for blowing a fuse when using the super hot self-cleaning cycle. Since that wasn't the case, Willy concluded the most likely problem was a bad controller. He said he would call when he got a part price from his supplier. After a few days, I called him and he gave me the price of the part, plus he needed to get a deposit before he ordered it. I decided to order it myself online, which suited him fine. When it arrived, Willy came out the next day to install. Well, after pulling the oven out and testing the electrical connection, he found that it wasn't getting 240 volts and that the problem was not a bad controller, but lack of adequate power. So, once he looked in the power junction/distribution/jump box, he found a burned out or shorted wire, which meant the oven was only getting 120 power. That also explained the burning plastic smell I had noticed the last couple of months as the wire connector was melting each time I used the oven. I know it's hard sometimes to diagnose problems, but my describing the plastic burning smell to Willy on the first visit should have been a clue that there could have been an electrical problem. I wish he had checked that first before having me order the controller part which cost about $300, only to have to return it. However, the good news is that his labor for 2 visits to repair the wiring was far less than it would have been to replace the controller with the cost of labor plus parts. Overall, I would say he did a good job and I would call him again--he is a one man operation, seems very knowledgeable and is prompt. He answers his own phone--the first time I called, he answered with a simple "hello" instead of the name of his company, which I found rather odd since I wasn't sure I had dialed the correct number. I also discovered that not everyone works on Electrolux ovens, so clearly Willy has the credentials to do what others cannot or will not for whatever reason.

Called early on a Friday morning. Their message said that they would return the phone call within 10 minutes, which they did. Donna was very knowledgeable and courteous. Donna scheduled the service for 1:00 PM on the same day, and Tracy was actually running ahead of schedule so they called and were able to do the work sooner. Tracy was really quick, diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate, and since he had the part with him, he was able to complete the job quickly. I would say that he left my home better than he found it. I will definitely call on Donna and Tracy for future jobs. They are true professionals and I'm happy that I was able to find them on Angie's List!

Outstanding experience! I called the office at 8 am the week of Christmas and a service tech showed at my house at 10 am the same day! We thought something was wrong with the oven and expected costly repairs. It turns out that the solution was simple - fixing a knob position and knowledge of how to work the oven. Our tech figured out the problem in minutes and provided me a wealth of info. I am so happy that I now have an operational oven to cook Christmas dinner in. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very punctual. Very responsive. Will absolutely use them again in the future and recommend to everyone! This was a GREAT find.

Radi came out the same day. He diagnosed the problem. He needed to order two parts (new bottom coil and new electrical board, because the blown coil blew the bake function on the board). Unfortunately my Dacor oven does not have a fuse, that would have prevented the board from being damaged as well. The next day he called me to inform me he had the parts. He came back that day and fixed the oven. Radi was professional, trustworthy and very knowledgeable.

I spoke with Dion and told him the problem I was having with my stove, he asked for the brand name which I provided to him. We scheduled an appointment for today. He called in advance before arriving; upon his arrival inspected my stove, showed and explained what the problem was, he also informed me of the cost and had the part on hand. After repairing he made sure my oven was working properly. Dion was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Will use him again and recommend his services to friends and family.

The top oven of our Electrolux Double Oven stopped heating. The unit is new, purchased last August 2016. I called Electrolux and they sent All County out for a warranty repair. I was really concerned having read some poor reviews about the company. But my experience was great. Ron showed up in a tie and sweater vest, was very courteous and helpful, even answering a lot of my questions about our new oven. He diagnosed a bad control board and returned a week later to replace. He also replaced a cracked plastic trim on the door that I showed him under warranty. My only complaint was that they were hours late in showing up the first time, but I stayed in touch throughout the day to check on status. The woman that I spoke with was nice and apologetic and said that Electrolux had overscheduled them. Overhaul, I was very happy with the work.

A very positive experience from start to finish. Prompt and professional service was provided. Would certainly use them again.

Willy was on time, knowledgeable, and took his time making sure he knew what the problem was before providing a reasonable estimate to take care of the issue of our oven not heating from the bottom element. He ordered the part and came back a few days later when it came in to install it. No problems.
