Easter was fantastic to work with. Ryan Doria was quick to respond to my emails and questions and his Customer Service was great. Charlie and Nate (father/son duo) installed the fence and they were great as well. They were professional, quick and courteous the entire time. They kept me informed on the timeline, cleaned up after themselves and did a FANTASTIC job on the fence. My puppy even came off his chain and they caught him and held onto him until I was able to get him. I would 100% recommend them again.

Fence was installed incorrectly - took them three separate visits to get it done properly. They put the stakes in the wrong spot when measuring, then had the audacity to say it was our fault because we weren't present during the time of the installation to tell them they were putting it in the wrong spot. First off, it's not our job to babysit a team of "professional" fence contractors to be sure they do their job right. Second, we would have loved to have been there during the fence install, but they came out with no warning while we were out of town, so we had the joy of returning home to a fence installed in the wrong spot. A bunch of debris (concrete chunks) were left in our yard after they had to remove the first fence attempt because it was put in the wrong location. I assumed they would clear out the mess they made, I guess not. They also left the holes from their first attempt filled with concrete. Since they made the mistake of installing the fence in the wrong spot, I assumed they would clear the mess they made, but instead left several giant holes in my yard filled with concrete. They refuse to remove these or compensate us for the trouble because apparently this is standard fence installation procedure, leaving giant holes filled with concrete in the middle of customer's yards. Contractors damaged our sump pump discharge pipe ($800+ repair cost and horrible damage to our yard). The owner of the company's response was basically "not our problem." They weren't open to discounting our final cost based on the repair costs Supposedly, the company's core values are (taken from their website): "Treat others how you want to be treated. From our employees to our customers and everyone in-between, we treat others with respect." I guess the owner here wishes to be treated with disrespect and wants people to destroy his property and then refuse to do anything about it. "Do it right the first time. Our team takes pride in completing a project thoroughly and professionally as if we were building in our own backyard." It's almost comical - it took them THREE attempt to get our fence installed in the proper location and without any issues like it was drawn up in the contract. "Do the Right thing. Sometimes the right thing is hard to do, other times it’s easy. Either way, we always do what is right for our customers and our company – even when no one is looking." Apparently the right thing to do in this situation is cause hundreds of dollars of damage to someones home and then avoid taking any responsibility for it. Sounds like the right thing to do, nice work, guys. "Our crews will exceed your expectations with a drama-free installation of your new fence or deck." Can't help but laugh. I cannot emphasize how much I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Fence DoctorMike quoted us $1200 to repair our leaning, sagging, crooked aluminum fence (13 fence posts needed new footing, 1 needing repair). The job was the make it level and straight. He sent a crew of 2 guys who spent a bit less than 1.5 hours on the project with only some concrete provided. They did fix the lean and sag but the fence was still crooked, and they didn't attempt to fix that. A broken fence post was not repaired as bid out. I complained about this to Mike and said that $1200 would be fine if they actually fixed the fence per the job request, but he suggested he just keep the $500 deposit and leave the fence as-is without completing the rest of the job. Chesterfield Fence & Deck CompanyJob went perfect. I was approved for financing the day I called. When the contractor came out for the bid, he made a materials and labor suggestion based on our needs. The original estimate of 9k worth of unnecessary privacy fencing, that I could not afford, went down to 2.5k of sturdy chain link providing a safe play space for our rescue dog. The contractor said they are more interested in helping customers out than making large sales. The fence is very professional. It is even wired into the ground so our dog cannot dig under it. The city inspector said it was a "perfect" construction job. Finished in under 8 hours. Roughly 100 feet of chain link, posts, concrete, plus gate. High quality materials and the yard was spotless when the job was finished. Very trustworthy. I feel strongly that I got what I paid for. Peace of mind that my dog, a known short fence jumper, is safe as well as my yard and padlocked gate. CR Fence BuildersThis company is the BEST. They build the gates themselves and this one was 6 feet wide ( for lawn guy) and reinforced on each side so it fits perfectly and my dog is safe. It has a drop rod bar going cross ways of the whole gate and space bars on each side. It looks great and fits perfectly. Carl was polite and very nice.
