Sliding doors. The sliders out to our lanai are used probably 50 times a day and they are the original doors (1995) - the rollers & track were worn out!! We had Complete Sliding Doors & Windows (844-526-6753) come out this morning (Cory Cameron was the technician). He was very courteous and on time. He called 1/2 hour prior to arriving, he replaced the rollers & track with heavy duty stainless steel parts and was gone within 1/2 hour!!! I highly recommend this service - now we have doors that slide easily and are quiet and a 3 year warranty!! JUST LIKE NEW!!!

My initial contact by phone was answered quickly in a friendly professional manner. When I went into their store Alicia greeted me promptly also in a helpful friendly fashion. As the store did not have my remote key fob in stock instead of making me return another day to pick it up-Alicia actually walked to their supplier to obtain it. She returned, programmed the remote, and sent me on my way very happy. Their store looks like it has an excellent quality selection of padlocks, door locks, etc in varying price ranges. I definitely plan to use their services again.

Oscar from Agramontes Painting was very amicable, punctual and accomodating. He had already packed everything into his truck to leave when my wife pointed out a small detail he missed. Without hesitation, he unloaded everything and touched up the spot. He did not leave a mess, which was most important for me. He left paint only where it was supposed to be! He did a considerable amount of repair work. Three other Angie's List top rated painters came out for an estimate. Only one of these three painters emailed an estimate for almost four times ($5,500) what Agramontes Painting charged. The other two gave me verbal estimates after they inspected my property, but never emailed me the estimate. Both wanted more than Agramontes Painting. None of them ever provided proof of insurance or contractor's license. I called two other painters, not on Angie's List, who did work for me before. One never called back. The other asked me to send photos of the house, which I did, but I never heard back from him. Doesn't seem like anybody needs the work! Times must be good! When Oscar came to see the house he gave me a written estimate on the spot and gave me copies of his insurance and license. I'm not an expert, but I cannot imagine the $5,500 job would look any better or last any longer than what I got for $1,500. Also, the other painters wanted me to move all kinds stuff out of the way, including a gazebo. Since they all asked me to move these, I asked Oscar if he wanted me to move these items. He said he would work around them and he did.

MAGNIFICO LocksmithI haven’t written a review before (just not tech savvy) – but I figured out how to do this simply because James deserved a topnotch review!! First of all, he is a real gentleman, customer service oriented, has “perfectionism” in his veins, and is not afraid of a “hands-on” homeowner’s interest in watching him work and communicating with him. He reviewed some texted photos and spoke with me prior to coming to install a Schlage front doorlock assembly from Lowe’s, so I felt comfortable with the plan to fix problem. A prior contractor had installed the latch backward and when workers kept going in/out and slamming the door it had “eaten away some of the doorframe wood” – it looked pretty awful and I thought I would have to replace a section of the frame. But James had a great solution – he suggested/brought with him a matching aged bronze, extra big strike plate which covered the damaged portion of the doorframe perfectly! While he worked on the frame, he allowed me to “team up” and “quickly paint” a very small door area where the new assembly was not quite the same size/shape (I had everything ready to go) before he aligned and installed the Schlage. He had arrived promptly & was an absolute pleasure – a great professional who charged a very reasonable price!! I have unfortunately experienced some bad contractors – and so greatly value a skilled, kind, patient, old-fashioned craftsman when I find one!
