Matrix Home SolutionsMatrix has been great from the start! They come to your house and go over all of your options and answer all of your questions and even offer suggestions that we didn’t think of. Once they start they keep you up to date with the builder trend app which is great! It shows the schedule/timeline of the project with pictures. Anytime I had any questions they answered in a timely manner. We were a little nervous to have this done during Covid but all of the workers wore masks and we’re very respectful with their distance. When possible they bypassed the front door and went through the emergency window to the basement. We couldn’t be happier with their work. It looks amazing. I would highly recommend them!- Brian H.

Good job. Not super cheap price but reasonable (trust me - for electrical you don't want the cheapest). Were willing to work with permit and inspection (always a good sign). Good communication on Phone and Email. Lead time was a couple weeks but no big deal. They are busy like the rest of us :-) Came back once to fix a couple things and do a couple add-on GFCI outlets outside and in garage. Really no problems at all. The electrician Jose was fast and thorough and patient with my questions. Would definately recommend and use again (I have plenty more items on my to-do list). Thanks!

Alek and another one of his Electricians were at my house to upgrade my electrical panel almost 2 months ago. Since then the inspection was done it needed a few things done to pass the inspection. I have been calling and texting Alek for weeks now with a single response that said I will call you later today and he never called me back. When the work was being done Alek was professional and very friendly. Since he got paid he has not been helpful. I had many quotes some higher some lower and I chose Alek as he seemed to be the most honest, knowledgeable and friendly of the electricians I had quote the job. I will update my review if he resolves the inspection issues and makes this whole situation right.

Initial project objective was to run 2 dedicated 20 amp circuits from the electrical panel to a wall about 50 feet away in the basement. I contacted close to 10 companies using reviews from Angi and Yelp. About 5 called back. One gave me a quote over the phone. One never gave me a quote after I described the job and sent videos of the work area. 3 came onsite and gave me a quote. All quotes were competitive. I selected ASP because Adrian the owner responded to followup questions and the work he proposed resulted in a lower overall project cost. Since I know very little about electrical work I appreciated his input and adjusted the scope of my project accordingly. The project was completed as scheduled with no hassles. The workers prepped the work area and used plastic sheets to separate their work area. During this time I was also in the basement working from home and never felt inconvenienced. They cleaned up after the job and it looked very professional I had to wait a week to purchase the rest of the equipment I needed for the project and during this time leveraged Adrian's expertise in selecting the equipment. He always came through for me. Working with Adrian and his team was a very good experience. He is highly recommended.

I really appreciated how quickly I was able to get someone to service our home. We were able to get John to come take a look at two light fixtures that needed attention the same day. Cortney at the office kept me updated on his arrival and John got right to work when he got here. He diagnose the situation, told me what we needed and was willing to run out right then and there and get all the supplies. He was back 45 minutes later installing the proper materials. He was incredibly thorough and made sure to explain what he did which I appreciated as I am trying to learn as much as I can about my new home. I look forward to working with John again on more electrical work that needs to be addressed in our home.
