I was impressed with his attention to detail. He also pulls permits so all work is legal in San Antonio, which is a problem with other contractors I am told.

The project required cutting granite and modifying existing cabinets to include a new stand alone stove/oven combo. They started on the 6th of July and finished within 10 days. I highly recommend. Dustin provided a very detailed quote. He was by far the best price, @ $34k. He was very responsive to my calls and emails when it came to questions and he even came out with Lloyd to personally to meet with me regarding the job and spent time to again answer all the questions I had. I actually chose another company based on a couple reasons: 1) they have a licensed carpenter that builds the cabinets-they are not manufactured elsewhere, 2) their folks are licensed and insured not just with the company but individually, and 3) the company is insured, bonded and do background checks on their employees - Reliant stated they are not bonded and do not do background checks. These were the three driving factors of my decision. I would ask Dustin to quote in the future.

Lyons ConstructionThis was a large somewhat complicated job, that included removing old carpet, constructing a new wall to create a 4th bedroom out of our upstairs living space, installing 1200 sqft of laminate flooring on the second floor of our house, and 75 sqft of tile in our front entryway. The job was complete somewhat late but that is forgivable given that the bulk of the work was done over Thanksgiving week and other life events conspired to prevent work from being done on a key day. Overall Lyons Construction did a great job and I am already working with them for our next project.- Todd B.

Crane's Quality Siding & WindowsMr. Crane was very professional, explained in detail what would be done & what we would be paying and there were no additional “surprise” costs. The cost for all the work was very reasonable. He answered all of our questions and responded promptly when we left a text or voice message. His crew arrived early, (7:30am) and worked all day only breaking for lunch. The site was left pretty clean and we are VERY happy with the work. Would most definitely recommend.- Elsa P.

At first we weren't sure John Allison would be right for us cause when tried to give our budget he just stated First tell him what we want . He was very direct and to the point. Everybody else asked budget first. The difference was his attention to detailed. We had some ideas to build a mini home . For half the orginal budget he turned a 40 ft storage container into home.He never rushed us or said he couldn't. We had a meeting at no charge for design.
