DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Minor structure repair, roof, guttering, siding & garage doors. All work was done by subs. Siding crew was in and out and their cleanup was not complete. Contractor had to finish small details that the siding sub did not do. Do not think contractor will use them again. All was satisfactory when job was finished

My bathroom looks fantastic.  Kept a clean work area. Did everything listed in 2 days.  They are definitely coming back to do the other bathroom.  Would recommend them very highly.

removed popcorn ceiling & repaired drywall, new floor, new beadboard, new molding, painted walls & ceiling.  Basically everything except vanity.

They've been absolutely outstanding. It's not easy to get work done from 800 miles away, but they communicate with me regularly and keep me updated. They did an excellent job and I'm very pleased with them, and their prices are reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them.

We bought a house which needed more work than we expected, and our real estate agent referred us to KC's. They've done several jobs for us; lately, they tore down 2 wooden sheds and put up a metal shed with a concrete pad.
