Hammer Construction ServicesOur home was built between February and June 2017. The project was completed exactly as quoted; on time and at cost. The quality of work was beyond all expectations. We expected to have at least some of the normal problems people complain about when building a home. We had NO problems. Supervision was on the site every time he said he would. The various trades where always on site on time and did excellent quality work. They included extras things at no cost to make life easier for me in a wheelchair such as a built-in desk, extra light switches and an upper and lower clothes rod in my closet. Unique Construction IncLiterally the highest possible recommendation. Complete and total satisfaction--exceeding all expectations. I've lived in Miami for years and have renovated multiple houses and used dozens of contractors. The trauma of working with Miami contractors of all stripes is real. Even high-priced contractors you're bound to get either a) robbed/overcharged/mischarged or b) terrorized with overages (time and $$) or c) **** workmanship/quality of finished product. Which is what makes working with Joel and Jose Ramos of Unique Construction all the more exceptional. Project was done earlier than timeline, of better quality than even my highest hopes, and has proven to hold up over time. Impeccable responsiveness and professionalism from both Joel and Jose. Things were constantly and clearly communicated from proposal to completion. Their crews show up every day at beginning of day, leave at end of day, and don't leave **** around. Most importantly, they do things the right way. No shortcuts, no cheap/half *** fixes. All basic things you'd say but things that are virtually impossible to find in Miami. Will absolutely use again for kitchen, bathroom, and home addition projects.- David D.

This company was recommended to me highly, although I was skeptical because of all the horror stories you hear about construction companies, I am glad follows my friend's advice. She had a great experience and so did I. I called a few companies, And after a few conversations I realize that I was in good hands. The work was done not only to my requests and specifications but it was done neat clean and when they said they would do it. I have to add much to my surprise I expected some delays especially during covid-19, I felt extremely safe with all of the precautions that they have taken. they handled everything from the insurance company to planning around my schedule. I was extremely satisfied have put their card on the bulletin board at the condo and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I am not really big on computers or reviews but this company certainly has gone out of its way and deserves to be used by others 5 * all the way- Catherine W.

EJD Construction Contractors & Investment Corp.Eric and his team were great and I would hire him for any other construction job again. From the first day Eric responded to our request for a quote, to the very end of the project he was responsive and easy to work with. At the outset, he took the time to have various conference calls with my husband and I to go over contractual items. He worked with us in every aspect. He was punctual and kept us updated of all inspection results. His team and subs would show up exactly when he told us they would. He pushed the project quickly, and we were able to complete it in only 5 months (during a pandemic!!). He was in constant communication with our architect, and engineers to get documents necessary without having to bother us to do it. At one point I really wanted to remove the tie-beam in an area of the addition, and he went above and beyond to call everyone necessary to see how we could do it. He also got us other subcontractors for second opinions in other aspects of our project. He goal was to make sure we were satisfied with the work. After looking for 3 years of living in Miami Tommy came up with an original idea of replacing an old 1982 drop ceiling. He reframed the entire ceiling added LED lighting and truly might be the only electrician in Miami that gets the job done. He’s reliable, fairly priced, and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of construction. His attention to detail and willingness to stay after hours was very admirable. I was hesitant and anxious about the kitchen/bathroom/1st floor renovation we’d been talking about for years. After Roy’s initial meeting with us, I felt 100% comfortable with his experience, price and manner. He had ideas that no other contractor thought of it brought to our attention. He wasn’t about making a buck, it was all in the interest of making us happy. Roy and his staff were very respectful of my ideas, my time and my home. He was a dream to work with - showed up when he said he would, took care of every little thing we asked of him and the work was impeccable! If not for the pandemic, the renovation would have been completed 3 WEEKS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!! (We had never heard of such a thing) We couldn’t love our remodel any more than we do. Roy took the nightmare stories out of the equation and made this project a dream. I highly recommend Roy and his team for any renovation or home remodel project.
