This was a major project and it turned out great. This was the first time I used them, and I would definitely use them again. If you have a roofing project--USE S&L REMODELING!!!! You won't be sorry! In additon to working on the slate roof, they did two 060 Genflex rubber roofs and box gutter installs, replaced a garage roof and a porch roof, installed new downspouts and downspout extensions, and cleaned existing downspouts, and most importantly, did so at a reasonable proce. Good job!

Mike was incredibly helpful and open about the process and very reasonable regarding price considering we had a serious demolition and replacement project to deal with. Chismar Exteriors went above and beyond and came to finish up over the weekend just so they could finish in the promised timeline. They laid out tarps and kept the mess from the demolition to a minimum. Our third floor ceiling was open due to renovations and so I was pleasantly surprised when they came inside to clean up the soot and debris that had fallen during the roofwork. I would highly recommend Chismar Exteriors to anyone.
