"Salesman showed up on a Sunday afternoon, listened to what I was looking for and tailored a solution to fit my needs, to included payment options and solutions. I got several estimates and the 6&Fix salesman was the only one that didn't either use pressure tactics, talk down other companies, assume we were ignorant of what we were purchasing, give a ridiculous price, or fail to understand our needs. The installers showed up as scheduled and installed the new system quicker than expected, cleaned up, loaded the old unit and were gone. So far, so good. "

"They did pump the septic. The guys were great. They even showed me the problem from what the last company screwed up. After they left that's where customer service stopped. I still had an issue that a separate plumber, they have, could fix. The guys reported the problem. I was told progressive would contact me back. No call back. I called thinking something was a miss. The lady I talked with said the scheduler was at lunch and would call back. Two weeks later I am still waiting. I called another plumber. (He didn't even work on septic issues.) He fixed my problem. Now, I have a new plumber. Progressive needs to fix that part of their customer service."

"Will Smith and his crew were efficient and hard working. Will went above and beyond by driving to Greensboro to pick up the parts needed for my job the next day. The repairs had to be done by a certain day and he made sure that happened. They spent most of the day working on the evaporator, cleaned up the condenser and then tested the system thoroughly to be sure it was working properly. Though a little expensive, I thought the job they did was well worth it. I will definitely call All Seasons for upkeep of my HVAC system. "
