The job was fairly difficult, and they handled it perfectly. The new furnace is in a different location than the old one. Also the A/C unit is in a different location. Other remodeling was being done (new roof, etc) so they had to return a number of times. The AC unit was installed 6 months after the furnace.

This company was pleasure to work with. They made contact with me on Monday and was out to my house the next day to access my heating and AC needs. Rudy V. went over my replacment options. I added that I also wanted two zones and Nest thermostats. Thursday they installed the furnace and air conditioner. We had the heater ready to use that same night! Friday was just a few hours of welding and trying up the air conditioner. They were very fast, neat and professional.

They went on to work on an A/C that was causing the problem, replaced a part and that apparently came loose, and they had to go back a week later because the A/C went out again, but, they did not charge me for that because it was a defect in the work they had done, so, I was pleased with that. I have got the report on one of the maintenance visits and I have not got the report on the other, although I was told it was scheduled, so, I need to check on that. I like the contracts and that saves a lot of problems.

I have used them in the past too. They are reliable; if I am in a jam, they will come out even on Sundays. They are very friendly, and the price is right. I even got a Christmas card from them. The last time around, they came out for free because they had come out before to check the unit and then they came back for another adjustment. I would definitely use them again in the future. I found them as a result of a recommendation from a friend of mine, and I would recommend them to anybody that would ask for a recommendation.

Very nice and polite service person, attentive to needs and cleanliness. He did not try to up-sell and did not do a service that was not necessary. He arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and did an additional vent trap cleaning that I did not know about. He tested everything before leaving. I do wish to add that the senior discount is 5%, not 10% as indicated on list.

Our air conditioner stopped working a few days before some predicted very hot weather. With a baby and 3 adults in the house we wanted it fixed before the heat arrived. We called another AC company and they weren't able to help right away or give a definite time they could get to our job. After reading reviews in Angie's List and on-line, we called Kelly's Plumbing. They answered the phone right away and scheduled the repair for that afternoon. The repairman arrived at the promised time and promptly inspected the central AC unit and determined that the condenser was leaking and had tripped a fuse, which were both repaired on the spot. When we bought the house, the AC was not working and the AC technician who came then replaced a blown fuse, but apparently did not determine the cause of the blown fuse. We were very impressed with Kelly's Plumbing and plan to use them for both heating and cooling (and plumbing) needs in the future.

We had already agreed into a $5000 work on my compressor, but he came back out and worked with the A/C unit, and was able to find the problem and fix it with out have to replace the compressor.

I called A &H because my A/C used to start whenever the thermostat kicked in and started the heat. I left them a message over the weekend. They returned my call promptly on Monday and gave an appointment for a couple of days later. They showed up on time, checked the thermostat and the furnace and AC and determined that there was likely some shorted wiring. They turned the AC power off and made another appointment for 2 weeks later to fix the wiring. On the day of the appt. they called in the morning and left a message saying they were going to come in earlier than the original appt. After the technicians got there, they had to remove the thermostat, go into the attic and replace the wiring. It took them a while but they charged us for only 2 hours (including the original visit). The only negative was that one of the technicians was somewhat sloppy when re-installing the thermostat and made a bigger hole in the dry wall than before. They had to caulk it up.

Recent Review: Representative from Precision A/C, Derek, responded to my call. He was here within 3 hours of my initial call for assistance. He was courteous and professional and was able to give me an overall assessment of what the issue was with my A/C unit. The motor needed to be replaced, and he informed me that the parts could be ordered and be here the following day. He placed the order and returned today, early afternoon, to replace the A/C motor. He made sure the Freon levels were good, and got my A/C unit working again! I am so grateful for the quick response, and commitment that Derek had to making sure my home was cooled down. I was so afraid that our entire unit would have to be replaced since it is older, however, I was hoping to wait another year before replacing it. I really was impressed that Derek gave me the two options of replacing the motor, or going ahead and getting a new system. I opted for replacing the motor, and he performed this request as we discussed. I will definitely consider using Precision A/C when I am in the market to replace my air conditioning unit next year. Thanks for a great job!

Recent Review: As remodels go, there are always issues only exacerbated by covid. The team reworked the schedule at extra hassle to the workers when the tub arrived cracked and introduced 2+ week delay. They sought feedback and quickly course corrected when we were not aligned. They seamlessly absorbed change orders like AC installation in tight spaces. The chandelier was perfect for the space addressing multiple design challenges...and i understood that they had to build a platform as my ceiling height wasn’t accessible with all ladders. The overall design was elegant and addressed numerous challenges (kitchen is really a study in small spaces...it feels so much open than before without moving a single wall). The quality of the finished product is really remarkable. When i was burglarized (broked into lockbox), they immediately arranged for locksmith to help resecure my home. Due to unforeseen delays and change orders the work took 3.5 months vs our original estimate. They made sure every item on my punchlist was addressed and with quality. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results.
Recent Review: Very professional and knew his job, however the replacement price for the a/c was more than I wanted to invest. I received 3 other quotes and went with another company. Although Trane is a well respected air conditioner I went with a Comfort Maker which is an air conditioner manufactured by Carrier.
Recent Review: I had them out for an air duct cleaning, but didn't realize how bad things had gotten. I had mold all through my ducts and some of the ducts needed to be replaced. In addition, the coil in my air conditioner was leaking, and causing most of my mold problem. After the technician showed me what was going on and consulting with him, I had the system cleaned of mold and some ducts that were in bad shape replaced. I also had a new coil installed. I got a more than fair price and am more than pleased with the work and service that I received.

Recent Review: Great my old ac unit went out on me on 6/30/20. I'd called Philadelphia Gas & Electric on 7/1/20 and the representative came out that same day. Order a new air conditioner 5 days later they called me to let me know that the new air conditioner is in. The next day they out to installed the new unit, best of all they clean up the work area.
