It was a huge project, involving masonry, concrete, stucco, installation of a sump pump, electrical, grading, and more. They very carefully restored and reused the original porch columns and restored the original windows at my request. They came up with great ideas for retaining the historic character of the home, while also coming into compliance with modern building codes. Jonathan is very easy to communicate with. The entire team is friendly and professional. This project turned out better than I could ever imagine. We will be hiring them back for other projects without hesitation. Brian came out to look over the job after I left several messages and said his company would do it and get back to me regarding when etc. That was over 3 months ago. My calls go unanswered and my messages are not returned. Most recently, the voice mail message said his mailbox is full. It seems clear to me he doesn’t want the job and he lacks the professionalism to inform me of that decision.

Had an emergency when the shut off valve for the main water line failed before the meter. Basement was flooding. Adrian called and had the water company there to shut off the water from the street asap! He then rushed over and replaced the pipe and valve within the hour on a Saturday afternoon. Amazing and professional work. We also used him for a hot water heater replacement. He analyzed the water heater and informed us we didnt have to replace it. He then replace the thermostat and heating element costing a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole heater. Extremely honest and trustworthy. It is so hard to find in contractors with integrity today. We will use them again. Highly recommend!

My initial contact with Leelands was 10 years ago. I really admired the work they had done on my neighbors house. I just couldn't afford slate repair or replacement at the time. The employees were always courteous and patient. Fast forward to May 2018, I had exhausted all the patching my roof could take. I contacted Leelands, Donna promptly scheduled Luke to come out for an estimate. Luke was on time and provided honest feedback. I recieved a Photo Report, Field Condition Report and Proposals a few weeks later. It took me a few more months to decide how to proceed. In October, Leelands sent Gabriel and Miguel to make the repairs. They were prompt, courteous and worked diligently to finish the job. After a rainy 2018, my roof is still leak free.
