If you are suffering from mold in your house, I highly recommend you use BioClean. Itâ s far easier, more cost-effective and John is the kindness, most understand, caring person who truly wants you to get well. I was super sick â we had leaks all over our house and now feel much better. My symptoms are decreasing! Sometimes Iâ ll be in a part where I formerly felt bad and all of a sudden realize I donâ t anymore!

Prosper and the team at Prosper Construction just completed a beautiful renovation of my home. I badly needed new flooring and decided to add other updates as well. So we embarked on the journey to design an addition to our home and redesign the entire front of the house, which included a kitchen remodel as well. I knew that I wanted to replace my carpet with porcelain tile, but I thought that I would leave my existing kitchen tile in place, to save a little money. Prosper convinced me to eliminate all transitions in the flooring and replace the entire house with the new tile, and I am really glad that he did! The house now has a smooth flow and an expansive look that is just gorgeous. The entire experience was beyond worth the investment. The most amazing part of the transformation of my home is my stunning new master bathroom, which Prosper also advised me on.

I called The Mold Guy out about 3 years ago. He did the tests like advertised. He was punctual, polite, and meticulous in his work. The cost was higher than I thought because for say a bathroom, it needed a swab and an air sample, two separate charges. He did give me a discount after I haggled with him so I only deducted a half star. I actually thought the company was going to remove the mold but I found out that was a separate service from another company. My wife later yelled at me saying that "we could see the mold ourselves, why did you test, duh, just clean it up"

Couldnâ t find leak repair, but Z and team discovered water leak between wall and slab foundation. He then fixed the problem in an old repair and excavated the soil and created a proper drainage system to prevent future problems as well as repair outside and interior wall and seal properly.
