I had been told that having a swimming pool built is stressful, and I consulted with three companies. Two of the companies were very rude, but Alfonso with FNC Custom Pools was really kind and made the entire process very smooth. The pool was built from scratch to finish in one month, itâ s perfect and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I am privileged to give David Williams review for his his performance caring for our pool the past 4 months. I met David on a maintenance call to fix a problem with our pump as a result of the February freeze. David made an offer to maintain our pool. Our pool is a pain because of some barstools that were a constant algae issue. I have had two other pool companies that could never accomplish keeping these clean And free from algae.
Within weeks David had the chemicals under control paying particular focus on our heavy metals problem. He got the metals under control and since our allergy problems have basically disappeared. Some of that is due to his consistence with a weekly cleaning and brushing.
The best part is David is a very trust worthy guy. Happy to talk about his family and ours. The relationship started with me sitting at a signal light and seeing Davidâ  s sign. I called that number and we have had a pleasant relationship since.
Gone are the days of me constantly Writing complaint emails to my previous pool company. I would also make it a point to be there when their technicians cleaned. I already know that David is going to do the job that he promised.

Ryan did an excellent job on restoring our pool. He replaced our tile and resurfaced the pool. Very pleased with the results. He started the project and completed the project in the time he promised. He made sure we were happy with the results and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend Ryan and Genesis Pools for pool work.

For slightly more than the cost of marcite (the lowest grade of pool plaster), Taylor and his team installed a beautiful quartz finish in our pool. Excellent customer service, great communication throughout the job, and quality workmanship. I have already recommended Old World Outdoor to several neighbors and friends.

I contacted Zodega to get a second price for a project I had already quoted with another company, which told me I needed a new pipe run thru the drains On my backyard. As I trusted the other company I thought I needed the replacement and did not question it, but when Bob came to my house he saved me thousands of dollars by being honest. He was very polite, knowledgeable and what is best, hands on. He did got down to the issue and open the drains to realized I did not needed a new pipe but just a deep clean of the current ones. He showed me wha I had (which other Pros didn?t) and what a simple cleanup would do. In fact, he cleaned some of the sediment and debris to show me how the water that was stocked started to flow again. I have not seen salesmanship like that in a long time. He was a trusted advisor, a true home advisor!
