Randy's ElectricI left a previous review after Mike with Randy's Electric came out to look at the job I wanted completed. That went great and I stated that if I went forward with the project I would hire him. Well, I went forward with the project and could not be happier. Everything went smooth on the date of installation. After discussing the location of the plug in site Mike thought the best location would be in a spot which required him to do extra wiring but there was no change in cost. He was excellent at explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. He even took the time to test everything with the generator hooked up to the transfer switch to make sure we everything worked properly. I have more electrical projects coming up and will definitely be hiring Mike at Randy's Electric. I recommend you do too! Oh and a really great perk is that Randy's Electric offers "same as cash" financing. I applied ahead of the start date and the process was super quick and easy. That really helped out.- BETH S.

Randy's ElectricRandy's Electric was organized and customer-service oriented in scheduling the service appointment. Great job up front at explaining service process and work and trip fees. Good communication about scheduling and arrival time. Branden arrived with necessary supplies stocked on his truck, explained several options for both fixtures and the fees. (Put on shoe protectors inside the house without me asking.) Extremely polite, answered questions, went above and beyond in repairing the porch light fixture. When it turned out an interior switch did not need to be replaced as planned, that was removed from the bill. I am very pleased.- Hilary P.

Randy's ElectricHad under cabinet lighting installed several years ago and recently part of lights went out and needed to be repaired. Randy's Electric backed up their workmanship and replaced the lighting and rewired the lighting so the lights would not go out as easily. This was at no cost to us. During the initial visit, Mike gave me a thorough, complete, and prompt estimate educating me on my current electrical system and the work to be done. Bob was responsive, friendly, flexible and easy to work with during the scheduling and billing process. Joe and Brian were friendly and professional explaining the work and answering all my questions. They communicated clearly through the whole process. Joe and Brian worked so hard to upgrade our electrical panel from fuses to breakers. They also installed an outdoor meter on the side of our house. They were very thorough and took their time to make sure the work was done right. They worked from 8 am to 6ish pm the first day. Then they came back the next morning to finish the work once again making sure everything was done properly. I even got estimates for more electrical work we need to get done! Our Ring doorbell wasn't working properly; it would chime every 30 seconds. We thought it was the transformer so asked him to replace that. Upon looking at our current transformer he said it was fine so looked at the wires behind the doorbell and found the problem there. Fixed it and everything works perfectly now. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and will be hiring again!

I want to thank your team for the work they did for us March 4th. We had a variety of electricity-related problems in our house that we have been avoiding. A number of different companies have worked on the house over the past 25+ years. Many problems resulted. Nordeast had quite a variety of challenges we asked them to repair. Their attitude was great and they explained everything they were doing and why. It was very helpful and we now have a dishwasher that works, fixtures in a portion of the house that consistently work, outlets that are updated, and a new light and a fire alarm. It was past time for us to bring in electricians who REALLY know what they are doing. We hope to do a bigger update later this year. We recommend this company without hesitation.

Jay was great from the initial call to the finished job. He did a great job installing our light fixtures and even put in a new smoke detector which wasn't part of the original request. He is very knowledgeable and even took the time to walk us through an estimate on getting a new electrical panel installed and why we needed one. We are definitely going to consider hiring him when we decide to bite the bullet with that!
