It was a pleasure hiring Mr. Estevez to remove a small partition wall separating our dining room from our living room. He did a great job with the removal, patching the hole on the adjoining wall, and painting over it. He was even gracious enough to paint the rest of the wall just to make sure everything matches. Summerland Gutters replaced a section of rotten fascia board and installed 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters and 3x4 downspouts on our house. Mr. Gomez provided the estimate and the cost was not considerably more than the 5-inch. The company discussed the various gutter products, options, and the install process. The info helped me to make the best decision concerning the type of gutter system, and fascia board material to use (PVC or wood). I called seven companies and Summerland offered the best price to install the gutters and replace the rotten fascia, with a 1-year workmanship and 10-year gutter warranty.
The crew arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Mr. Gomez stopped by the house after the install to check the work and answered my questions. Kenia, office receptionist, was pleasant, and has a positive and helpful attitude to connect with the customer. She answered my questions, replied to my emails, and scheduled the work. The company is committed to customer's satisfaction, and stand behind their work. The work looks great. I would recommend this company and call them again.

The workmanship was excellent. My roof is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-!!. The Home Genius Exteriors Team was very professional, courteous, very respectful to my property. They arrived early, went straight to work, cleaned up everything upon completion of the job, and there was a lot to clean up. I want to say the excellent presentation Mr. Paul Lee presented to me was one of the best presentation I ever had from a professional contractor. The site Manager Pablo, was on the job every step of the way explaining what the roofers were doing, answered all of my questions.
Mr. Max Alesia , a Vice President of the company came out to ensure customer's satisfaction and to ensure everything was moving along without any problems. We have been fighting roofing issues for years. The roofer was a guy I liked but he just couldn't stop the leaks from our almost flat deck roof. We decided to get quotes from other roofers and ended up with four bids for a total roof replacement....it all needed replacing. Luke Mitchell was the low bidder by a small amount; however from a business perspective, he surpassed the other bidders. My wife is an engineer and she understands houses and construction. As she asks questions, most contractors look at me when they answer.....not Luke. He was respectful and engaging. He recommended a zinc strip on the north roof and also a roof vent, which has made our second floor much cooler this summer. Luke's installation team, men and women, not only worked hard but enjoyed themselves as they worked. Stripping the old roof, installing a substantial amount of new sheeting and installing the new roof was done in one day. Our yard was spotless when the crew left. I recommend this company for your most favorable consideration.

Great job, quick, responsive and able to accommodate a few additional requests onsite. We had a hammock chair that needed to be hung from the ceiling without the proper hardware and Vladimir was able to make it work with some tools from his truck. I definitely recommend and will hire him again.

The work was done in one day and they had to remove the old skylights as well as the gutters in order to fit the new skylights. Not only did the sales estimator show great knowledge of what I wanted to do, but the project manager also answered other questions that I had. Their workers arrived on time and their work very professional, they all gave one hundred percent. Everything was just as mentioned by the seller estimator and project manager, they put you in a queue and then on business day they were on time and even their payment method is very easy to do.
I recommend them with guarantee and they deserve the five points in my assessment.
