Crew did a good job replacing the roof. Turned a 6 hour job into 12 but I'm chalking that up to the fact his trailer had been stolen and he had to rent one, kind of threw the logistics off.

Craig is a guy who knows his job,did nice work, and would definitely recommend him. Cleaned up the area and put things back. They worked on the Living room ceiling and they took everything out, when done put things back. Fair price, it's about what I figured it would cost. Now I have a nice pretty ceiling, no more cracks!

My wife called Dennis Reeder because he was highly recommended by a friend. Thank God she did!
I had two issues that were driving me nuts. I bought a new fridge that couldn't be installed upon delivery because there was a water hose attached to it. Apparently, the previous occupants were too lazy to buy good water or make their own ice cubes in the freezer, which is kind of why it's there. We've never used either, and we've lived here for 16 years. But once it died, I bought a new fridge, Lowe's couldn't take the old one away or install the new one because of that water line. Actually, they could have taken the old one and install the new one, but that's a quibble at this point. I'd just have to dump a trash can full of water on the back porch either way, just as I've done for the past three weeks. I've been keeping our food cold in bar fridges and the garage. How sick is that?
Dennis was extremely personsable, competent, genuine and real. My biggest problems (for now) are solved. The lack of an operating kitchen kind of puts a damper on things. Call Dennis, I promise you that you won't regret it.

Doug Andrus of DA Construction is the best remodel expert I have hired...All new Kitchen -Cabinets, Countertops with over and under mood lighting and Backsplash, new kitchen Island; New pendant lighting. Plumbing fixtures; Life Proof flooring throughout the house. new Bathrooms(2) - Double Vanities with New fixtures. New Barn door closure for the laundry room. All completed under two months ahead of schedule and On Budget. He is an honorable man that keeps his word and is on-time for the tasks.

I live in a house built in 1860 the walls have imperfections the job that was done painting all the walls in living room,stairwell,hall way all the woodwork and stairs.The walls are beautiful really have too look closely.The whole job is just beautiful I could not be more pleased.Excellent work they pay attention to details especially in older historic homes.
