Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of San AntonioIt went well overall. The sunroom is really nice and so far appears to be of great quality. The communication between the time the deposit is made and when the materials arrive needs improvement. We had to initiate all contact to try and get updates on the arrival of materials. We were able to reach the office, but they could not provide any information until the materials arrived. The installers were contracted by Champion. They did a great job of comunicating and cleaning up. There was a delay in the installation of the last section of glass due to a discrepancy in the measuring or ordering of that piece. We had our AC company install the ductless air conditioner before the patio was closed in. That was the right order of installation, preventing the new glass wall from being disturbed.- Fran A.

We have an addition in back that we have not used as often as we would like. When I was talking to Larry about new windows, he suggested a patio cover. He had it put in within 2 days and his contractor also set it up so that runoff from the roof would drain to the side of the yard with the best drainage (we had drainage/flooding problems whenever there was heavy rain - the patio did the trick though - no problems anymore)! Finally, is visually very appealing - we are very happy with the results!

This experience was frustrating from beginning to end, or should I say, to when I finally gave up. Getting a quote was like pulling teeth and took about a month, during which they consistently missed the deadlines they set. Communication was terrible throughout the entire process - it was near impossible to get a response even when trying multiple channels and when I did get a response and they promised something they didn't deliver (on time, or at all). There was about a 2-month gap between (finally) getting a quote and us getting the OK to begin services, but once we were ready to move forward they became near unresponsive and did not take the necessary steps one their end to allow us to begin, even after multiple pleads to do so. It is so frustrating seeing all the other excellent reviews and then getting such sub-par service, which is why I kept trying thinking surely it's a fluke and they'll be better. Unfortunately that was not the case.
