Talking with Matt for scheduling and pricing, he has consistently been so helpful and patient with my many questions. From there, everything happened as agreed according to the schedule, the call ahead to tell me they were on the way etc etc. Shun Jenkins 1240 and Ren Cabarles 1688 were both fantastic. They were both courteous and professional and represent Leaders Moving and Storage very well. Hopefully the two of them will be recognized for their excellent service. Mr. Mover of Ohio IncThe entire project went great. They needed two days to pack everything and one day to move it. Each day they were right on time. The workers were friendly, polite, worked hard, and knew what they were doing. Everything was packed carefully. Everything was loaded and unloaded carefully. They brought a sufficient number of workers, trucks, and packing materials each day to do the job. On moving day, they were there promptly at 9:00, had the trucks loaded by shortly after noon, and unloaded and placed in our new home by 4:00. When Jeff came out to give us a "not-to-exceed" estimate, he sang the praises of his workers. I took it with a grain of salt. But his crew actually exceeded his description. We were very pleased with the entire project. The final bill even came in $500 lower than the estimate. We would not hesitate to use them again.- PHILIP P.

MSD was fantastic! They sent us a good team of movers that did a fantastic job. We paid for loading and unloading and there was a lot of work involved. We had a three story 4 bedroom home. Fortunately for us, the team was experienced with big moves and each person knew their role inside out. We just sat back and watched our entire old house get packed neatly into a large truck and then sat back again and watched the whole thing come out at our new place. So easy and so convenient. Definitely would work with them again!

I hired this company about a week before my intended move. While trying to contact Dan I would constantly have him tell me that he would quickly return my phone call. After 4 or 5 hours I would finally call back myself. Less than 24 hours before the move Dan emailed me to tell me he was sorry but they were going to have to cancel my move because his crew had tested Covid positive. I'm not saying I doubt this story but how movers would not have been exposed to Covid in the last year and a half is beyond me and why they would have randomly had a Covid test is also suspect. Even when this happened he didn't even bother to call me and let me know. He emailed me and it was only by chance that I checked my email that night. Otherwise I would have been sitting around wondering where they were at the next day and wouldn't have been able to make other arrangements.
