Hands-down best experience Iâ ve had with a contractor. I've used D&A twice now â the first time to repair the concrete steps leading up to my front door, the second time to install a backyard patio. For the first project, D&A was the only company willing to come out for a small job (Iâ d called like ten beforehand whoâ d all said no). I'd had old, rusty railings removed and new ones installed, there were holes and cracks in the concrete where the old rails had come loose, and the steps were badly rust-stained. D&A repaired them, power-washed them, scraped away all the hardened piles of concrete patcher the previous owner had left behind, and left them looking brand-new. I had them back nine months later to install my patio and itâ s gorgeous. We talked through all the options within my budget, and in the end I opted for a rectangular concrete patio with pea gravel finish, curved brick border, and brick diamond center. D&A also repaired and power-washed the concrete stoop and brick steps that lead from my back door down to my new patio so that they look new too. AND, because they finished ahead of schedule, they even installed a little wooden door with a latch for me, to cover the opening to my stoop (so that now I can store my lawnmower and other tools underneath the stoop, out of sight)! I couldnâ t be happier with the final result both times â definitely exceeded expectations, and for a very fair price.

The subgrade crawl space and exterior cinder block foundation wall of our 65-year old house was deteriorating to the point where it was structurally unsound. This area contains our hot water heater, whole house water filter, sump pump, and water, sewer, HVAC, and dryer lines and pipes. An independent structural engineer inspected and prepared a detailed remediation recommendation. Over a 6-week period, despite harsh winter weather, BTL Homes did a complete rebuild of the exterior wall, installed ceiling supports and a new sump pump, rebuilt the steps into the space, and waterproofed and installed exterior drains. We were able to stay in our home during this project. They did an excellent job remediating the cellar and responded to our requests for additional clean-up to the surrounding area that had been disturbed by the excavation and construction. We can certainly recommend BTL Homes for this type of work, as their process is fair and well managed.

My wife and I had Croxtonâ  s, Inc. add a bedroom and bathroom addition to the back of my house for my in-laws and we couldnâ  t be happier with the results. Billy Croxton kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. If he didnâ  t answer when I called, he was always prompt to return my calls. The subcontractors he hires are professional and they do quality work. He checks on the construction site on a daily basis and makes sure the site is kept as clean as possible. He worked with me when I needed to bring my travel trailer home halfway through the construction blocking the driveway and his main access to the backyard. I highly recommend Croxtonâ  s, Inc. and would/will call Billy if/when I have a future need. Thanks Billy for an excellent job.
