Status Renovations and RemodelingThis is the third project that we used Status Renovations for. We recently moved from our 1st home where they finished a bonus room for us and upgraded our Main Bath and Half Bath. As we were in the process of selling our home, we were told that the bathrooms and the bonus space really separated our house from others people were viewing. Once we moved, we needed to give our kitchen a facelift and we knew Aimee, Jesse, and their team were who we needed to call. They helped us pick out a design by listening to our wants and needs and really helped guide us to a decision that was perfect for us. Their entire team and subcontractors are so accommodating to us, our needs, and our home, that I don't think we will ever use anyone else. If you are looking for a partner who really cares about giving you what you want and listening to your concerns, this is the right company to hire. We really love our kitchen now and can imagine our growing family making many memories there. They completely transformed a dark and outdated space into something we are proud to show off. MWR, LLCThe men of MWR did a fantastic job on my master bath remodel. I had started the job myself 2 years ago but lost the physical ability to complete it after just doing the demo of the old shower. tub, and tile floor. MWR was actually willing to come in and complete the job for my wife and I. Many contractors will not do that for you. I wanted a high end steam shower kit installed and they did that as will as a new vanity with marble top. They removed and sided over an existing window and added a new window where we wanted one. They also added seamless vinyl flooring that my wife and I prefer over tile or wood. My wife and I are very satisfied with their work. So much so they are rebuilding our back deck and re-siding our home.- Don B.

My husband and I just bought our first home November 30th. My agent had recommended Javier to us as he's someone that she has gone to for much of her own home repairs and upgrades. We reached out to him and made an appointment and he was there two days after we moved in to do a lot of initial "fix-its." He came with several other men to do the job, including electrical, plumbing, the installation of a dryer vent, among other things. He and his team were quick, thorough, answered all of my questions in a way that I understood everything and all repairs were reasonably priced. In the time since our purchase of the home, we've had quite a few problems and I can trust that if I call Javier, that he'll be quick to run out to assist, offer advice, and even recommend others if necessary. He's been top notch and I would and will absolutely reach out to him in the future. I recommend him to everyone, because he's done such a great job!

5++ stars to Jose and his entire team at Chateau Sept!! We had them finish our basement...we went all out with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, family room, home office, and workout room. I was very apprehensive going into this project but Jose was there every step of the way. He helped us with everything from deciding the layout of every room right down to the end when the last doorstop was installed. Jose was a joy to work with, even when we threw some ridiculous requests his way. He never said “I can’t do that.” Instead he would say “Sure thing. Let me figure out a way that I can do that for you.” If you are thinking of doing any kind of home renovation, do yourself a favor and call Jose first. Then see if you can find anyone who can measure up to him. I’ll just bet you can’t.
