I went with Palm Construction on my home exterior paint. They gave me most acceptable quote and they were also available in very quick time which was very important to me. Project (June-September 2020): 9 windows, 3 New Construction, 6 Retrofit, 1 Sliding Glass Door. All windows were outfitted with new window sills and frames on the interior. (Millgard Ultra Line/ black ).
Work quality - While installers were friendly and professional, I had to ask for a follow-up visit to address the following:
1.) Touch up caulk around windows.
2.) Remove plaster from the patio that was not cleaned up properly.
3.) Missing window.
Customer Service - Office and sales staff were friendly and responsive.
Value for Money - The quote was competitive.
Final Note: While I ran into a few issues above (hence no 5-star rating), Heritage was responsive and resolved all outstanding issues satisfactorily. The windows are great - I would recommend the Ultraline any day!
