Laura communicated well, including the design, work plan, and any delays in materials, etc. The crew asked questions and provided suggestions/guidance along the way. For example, the job required less materials than estimated, so they offered to expand the area versus returning the excess. They also suggested a change to our grill island to make it more usable.

We needed someone to go through the city variance process for our build. In the middle of the process our original architect was unable to finish our project and Tate Architectural Design was able to pick up where we left off and complete the job. This company has especially talented people. The garden design they did for my yard was a piece of art. Their installation was flawless. Their customer service is excellent. This company transformed my front yard and the job they did was so beautiful that Iâ ve hired them to do my entire backyard this coming spring. Although they had a slow start due to supplier issues, once work began it was done well and very personable and professional. End result we were very happy with the outcome. Our fence looks great.

Joe was able to capture the exact essence of the type of family room we wanted. While he would have worked with the furniture we already had, we wanted to completely redo everything in the room.
