Just finished a home expansion and remodeling with Decor Builders and I was very pleased with there services.
From the first meeting Tal came and itâ s just felt natural. He spent almost 3 hours going over different ideas of how to bring my vision to an actual plan. I renovated my family property in San Carlos and we ended up adding 500 square to the existing 1800 square house. We added a full master suite and reconfigured the living and kitchen space.
We also replaced floors throughout the entire house and remodeled the bathrooms.
The overall process went pretty well, they had great design services and helped to get the plans going pretty fast.
Communication was really good, Tal was there for any question or concern and the crew know exactly what they were doing. They completed the project on time including some changes I made during the project.
Iâ m glad I made the choice and hired Decor Builders and will definitely recommend Decor Builders to friends and family, THANK YOU!!!

Dima called back less than 24 hours post our request to schedule an in-person estimate the next day. The kitchen & bathroom project (new quartz countertops, new sink, new backsplash) was completed quickly, efficiently and flawlessly. The counter craftsman, Dima, went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He tracked down a remnant piece of my material so that I wouldn't have as many seams. Dima and his crew were like a herringbone surgeon. Dima’s cuts were so precise--on teeny pieces--that that visual impact of the project exceeded what my expectations were, and I enjoyed having him
in the house for the duration of the work. Budget-wise, the amount I was quoted was *extremely* fair in comparison with other estimates, and I feel the value of the work was more than worth every cent. Everyone I dealt with texted back immediately, showed up when they said they would, followed through with what we discussed. These folks take pride in their work and their reputation, which is well earned. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. A+ experience.

Trustworthy
They come in, get started right away, and don't mess around.
The owner works alongside the crew, and they clean up after themselves at the end of the day. Even my neighbors made a remark about how diligently they worked. They keep and maintain a strict schedule. He's very negotiable and accommodating as far as the materials and the pricing, giving you a lot of options. I highly recommend.

I was at a point with my house where either I needed to sell it "as is" because it needed so much work, or dive in and remodel the entire house. Such an undertaking was overwhelming for me due to lack of experience doing such a project. With Mike's creative suggestions and ability to guide according to budget requirements, I have a brand new house that I am proud of, and the confidence that the investment will more than pay off in the value of the house. The team was amazing. We were kept in the loop with all aspects of work. Our questions along the way were addressed promptly and professionally. They are professional in every way and came prepared everyday. They came with their mask and were Covid ready as we were. They were knowledgeable and worked hard. My old deck was 60 years old and i can tell you my new deck is super and beautiful. The workmanship is outstanding and well worth the price. By the way they are very reasonable. I will hire them again for future projects.

Love working with Eitan and his team lead. Excellent and timely communication in all aspects from start to end. The workers consitently show up on time and kept the working environment clean to keep dust to be minimum. Though, when working with adding new ceilings and retexture the walls, small sand dusts are every where despite the best effort to cover as much as possible.
Also importantly, the original quote for labor and materials were kept as close as what was agreed despite a few modifications with the original plan along the way and the team was able to accommodate. Eitan helped me pick up cabinets at the show room, and physically pickup a few appliances at local Home Depot and Lowes that I couldn't have them deliver to my home. He was able to save me some money using his contractor's discount to purchase a few small materials.
I got lots of bids for my kitchen remodeling project, Eitan's bid is not the lowest, but overall, I'm extremely glad that I didn't decide on just the cost alone. Overall, I am satisfied with the final outcome and definitely recommend Build The Bay lead by Eitan to anyone considering remodeling their kitchen.
